The serenity of the Walpole Rest Point caravan park was divine. The staff are delightful to deal with. Our accommodation was great value for money and a comfortable night rest.
Face washers would have been handy.

The location was lovely. Sat and watched the sun go down and fishing boats coming in on the bank of the mouth of the ocean. Very quiet spot and the house was extremely roomy, except for the bathroom. It was a little cramped, but having said that, the shower was lovely and hot. Had all the basics needed to prepare a meal. Great stay.
Shower was a little cramped.

The views over the inlet were beautiful with the kangaroos and birds an entertaining watch at dawn or dusk. The seclusion helped us relax. The operator has a mini library of books and DVDs to help you while away the night if this is your thing
No dislikes of the operator's facilities and provisions. Our stay was slightly marred by inconsiderate neighbours (i.e. smoking outside our only door, excessive noise) - don't be those people!

The staff were very friendly as soon as I walked in. We had a few problems but nothing that wasn’t addressed immediately. Loved the location.

Location is divine!
The teenagers on the bouncy pillow were disgusting, swearing and over ruling, not sure how you can help with that but. Room was so old… oven wouldn’t work… doors were peeling and handles not screwed on. Couches were ripped, stained and yuk. Paved area at the front should be fenced off, people kept walking across it to cut corners and sitting on it and keeping us up.

Nice convenient location, acessible anytime.
Facilities are a bit old. Not much dining options in Walpole, bring your own food.

Cabin had a double bed and a single bed. Kitchenette was functional. There had been heavy rain before our arrival, and again overnight, and the cabin was up some stairs, so high and dry. Someone camping with a tent, packed up the following morning as quite wet grounds. Beautiful area with the water and jetty, and pelicans. Electric heating a bonus..
Bit of a tight squeeze to get past the bed to get to the bathroom.

A nice secluded location.
The A-frame was dated and had the feel of a Scout camp. The beds were comfortable but the bedding needs updating. The bathroom was basic.

The value for money was excellent. Facilities were reasonably well maintained. After hours check in was easy and the area is very peaceful. The bed with an electric blanket was very comfortable and warm.
We stayed on a very cold winter evening and found the unit to be incredibly cold. Only one heater was provided and only one of the beds had an electric blanket. The water supply seemed to be quite tainted with iron and was noticeable even just with hand washing.

The view from the front window and the verandah. Comfortable bed, good shower and the kitchen facilities. Kangaroos grazing at the country club next door.
The accommodation is a little dated, but overall, that didn't detract from my stay.

Del was fantastic to deal with. After requesting to access our accommodation earlier than 2pm, due to the weather and being on a motorbike, she made it happen. Nothing was too much trouble. It was very much appreciated. 🙂

Beds were very comfortable- unit was very spacious
Door was extremely hard to open.
A bit drafty and only an electric bar heater - so bedrooms were quite chilly.

Beautiful spot. Good price.. Clean. Able to borrow DVDs
Cold. Cold. Cold. Inadequate heat. Smelled like fish.

Beautiful position with nature all around. Wildlife in the mornings, sun over the lake. BBQ either kangaroos watching. Relaxing and peaceful.
The camp store could stock a few more every day items.
