A fantastic stay in a wonderful accommodation

The reception was super friendly and helpful. Questions were answered competently, friendly and very fast. The building has been renovated and is in good condition. The accommodation itself was clean, well equipped and the location was fantastic.

Essentially no negative points. Only the ants on site are a bit annoying. Sweet drinks and food should not be left standing around and used dishes should be cleaned quickly.

Awesome stay outside of Funchal

It's a spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. I love that there's two bathrooms and two showers. The balcony and the view is very nice. The service and communication from the host is excellent. Many parking options.

The bed is fine but a little small for two people in my opinion. Be aware of the downstairs neighbour. He will yell at you if you do so much as a whisper.

A safe place to sleep, but look elsewhere for a more comfortable stay.

Shower was good and we had all the linens we needed. View off the balcony was pretty. Easy to get in touch with the host once we were able to get wifi. Wifi in the apartment worked well. Felt safe in the apartment and surrounding area. Short drive to Funchal.

We did not have cell service, so check in was a little difficult. We were given a dropped pin for the location, and it led us to the apartment complex, but there was no signage and we drove around until the person letting us in found us walking around the grounds. There were many flies buzzing around when we arrived in the apartment, as well as ants crawling on the sink in the kitchen. Dogs barking all night making it tough to sleep, and could feel the springs through the mattress. Overwhelming smell of smoke in entry of the apartment, although the apartment itself did not have a smoky smell. We used the apartment just to sleep.

Superb

The flat was spacious, clean and nice view. The kitchen was ok. Apart from the dishwasher everything you can find in the kitchen. Bedroom large enough. Very nice bed. The lounge is very big.

Madeira is a great and beautiful place to visit. I love this place.

Very nice big appartment with ocean view

Very nice, comfortable, big apartment, very clean, good locations, near airport. One bathroom with a shower was very new and well designed, the other is a bit older, with a bath. The balcony is not so big, but for three people it was ok to have late dinner and see the sunset. Big kitchen with all what you need to prepare the meal. The hostess Ann was very kind, allow to leave us the luggages earlier before final check-in after 15 pm and show everything.WE have found on the table wine and national dessert, it was big suprise for us.So very recommend this appartment.

Outside in the morning was a bit of noise in due to construction, excavator sounds, also we hear dogs barking in the nights...So we prefer to sleep with closed windows:-) The beds could be a bit wider, but they are comfortable, double beds.

Well stocked kitchen appliances, large and nicely appointed rooms, view.

Everything good. Beds excellent. Pillows very large, if you don't like large pillows you may need to adjust a bit.

Very good

All facilities are available in the apartment. One bathroom (with shower) has been renovated and looks very good. The building with apartment is located close to the busy road but the apartment's windows do not face this road so it is not problematic.

The apartment is not as bright as it is presented in the photos. It has north-west exposition and the sun illuminates directly only in the afternoon. The apartment is located in a regular building and other residents are not always happy that the flat is intended for rent. The facilities are already worn out. Especially, mattresses in beds could be replaced.
