Lovely even for a short stay

The owners were very accommodating, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, even the bed had a very good mattress (which you don't usually get). Would recommend!

Lovely spacious apartment Fondole

Lovely, clean, spacious, and located in a quiet part of Pula (Fondole). Hosts were lovely and welcoming, gave us directions, and a few good tips about Pula. Would definitely recommend 👌 I have to say Host's we're very honest too, we left some documents behind and we're contacted immediately to come back and collect it. A+++++

Tiny dark living room with tiny windows with privacy film on them - like a basement

It was available, almost everything else was booked. There are nice plants on the territory. The hosts provided us with the iron when I asked. If your wish is to only sleep at this place, and go out from sunrise to sunset, then you will be fine, because the living room has practically no windows (tiny ones with privacy film on them) and you don't want to be spending your vacation in a dark basement like I did.

MAKE SURE you understand what you are booking. There are two types of accomodation and in the main pictures you only see the flats, which look modern, are spacious and sunny. The house that I got was small and there was practically no living room and practically no windows. Well, there was like an entryway/living room, with tiny windows, and privacy film on them, so it felt like sitting in a basement with no windows. I was planning to spend a lot of time in the apartment to wait out the most active sun and only go out in the afternoon, because I have a kid with very fair skin. On arrival I discovered I'll be spending my first vacation in three years in a dark basement with privacy film on windows, well I was devastated. The hosts were not very sympathetic of my plea to cancel, because noone else would book there, neither they wanted to upgrade us to the apartments with windows. Unless we pay a looot more money (on booking, there was a discount for this place, I didn't even realize there were two prices). In the end the hosts didn't end up making more money, because noone booked their better part of the property, with windows. They just ruined my and my family's vacation. But I don't think they understood that either, and will even understand this review, because they don't speak any English. You can communicate in German though.

Exceptional

We stayed in a little cosy house separate from the main building, more than enough space for 2 people - we felt like at home. Facility was spotlessly clean and felt very nice inside (also temperature wise). Mirko and his wife are friendly and professional hosts too.

Very friendly host and nice location. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We can highly recomend it for a stay in the area of Pula.
