The host is very kind and helpful.
The space is large, all the rooms are spacious.
The apartment is "retro".
Everything is worn out (doors, bathroom, furniture, stove, linens... everything), and the place has this "old smell".
The house is located adjacent to a heavy traffic road.
The ground floor terrace includes the rubbish bins of 4 apartments (with the smell).
The garden is not as nice as in the photos.
There is a fee for the AC.
