The apartment was fine - god air conditioning and mosquito nets on all the windows. The cooking equipment was basic but perfectly adequate.
The only additional item I'd suggest would be sunshades on the south facing balconies

The owners were very welcoming and even helped us park the car in a safe spot. The view from the spacious balcony was incredible, the room was easy to ventilate even without airco. The bed was comfortable.

the mattress was totaly uncomfortable! i felt the zippers in my back when I lied dow!

Property was very nice and clean. Mr. Demos was very professional and very attentive to anything we needed. He was always there to welcome us and make sure we do not need any assistance when we’re were in and out of the apartment.

The balcony had a great view, the was a screen door which is great, the room was warm, enough parking spots, close to the beach

Excellent location 10 km Away from splendid Nafplio and from many wonderfull beaches , 3 minutes walking from main street of Tolo Very kind Host , friendly and helpfull with tips about restaurants etc

Apartment is a bit tiny but actually has everything you need. Air conditioning works good, terrace with the view was amazing, we spent really a lot of time there. We have corner apartment and it wasn't possible to have a breakfast on the terrace because of hard and hot sun (used table inside for breakfast) but after 12 it's fully in the shadow, so we can enjoy it most part of the day. Host is very friendly and helpful. Apartment has private parking and it's really essential thing for this small town. Sea is just 3 mins walk from the property but if you want some water activities (sup board, canoe, wind surf) you have to walk ~1km to opposite part of the town. There are a lot of good taverns nearby and good (a bit pricey) supermarket, lidl is 15min drive by car.
Because of covid cleaning of the room was really limited (only gathered the trash).

The location and the balcony view was perfect! Very friendly staff. Very comfortable access to the room (elevator also) . And has also a private parking
The room was quite small and the AC placement was not appropriate.
