Excellent stay

Lovely clean house very comfortable had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

The location was tricky for anyone who had disabilities. Steep steps up to house and a very steep hill to go down and up to and from Mevagissey harbour. Would be great for very fit people.

We are unanimous in wanting to return.

The accommodation was fantastic - comfortable, clean and exceptionally well equipped. There are some great places within easy reach - Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays (Castle, gardens and beach).

The hills ( you can't avoid them!) played havoc with my knees.

It is a brilliant stay and would highly recommend.

Brilliant location. It was a step away from beautiful beaches and lovely towns. House was immaculately clean and had all the amenities. Kitchen was very well equipped. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Wonderful welcome with scones, tea, milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge. We appreciated the information pack. It was the best cottage we have ever stayed.

We liked everything and could not fault any single thing!

A beautiful house and superb location, the hosts are excellent, clean air and Cornish Pasties

Parking for 2 cars, very well set out internally, 3 large bedrooms all with en-suite.

Lovely, comfortable accommodation within short walking distance of the harbour

Extremely comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. Very tastefully furnished. Scones, clotted cream, jam, flowers and milk provided on arrival were a nice touch. Spotlessly clean. Only a short walk from the harbour. We had a lovely stay.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived.! Super clean, lovely large rooms. Central to where we wanted. Beautiful views. Lovely friendly hosts! They really had thought of everything. Flowers on arrival & cream tea! Thank you Mike & Caroline

Exceptional hosts, a beautiful property in an amazing location!! That's well looked after.

Amazing property, above and beyond our expectations. A real Cornish welcome with home made scones and jam on arrival. Meticulously clean with Egyptian cotton towels and duvets. The mattresses in all three rooms were so comfortable. The hosts really have thought of everything to make your trip unforgettable. All the facilties such as showers, washing machine, cooker etc where to a high spec. We loved the comfort and cleanliness and the location was next to a private beach. Amazing, amazing stay. We didn't want for anything for our 8 days at Linton Luxury Holiday Home.

An amazing family break in a beautiful property.

It was in a perfect location. We had lovely views. It took ten minutes to get to the quayside. The beds were super comfortable. The cleanliness was also top notch. Just lovely.

Nothing it was lovely. It was my dads 70th and they left scones, banners and balloons plus a bottle of Prosecco. Very thoughtful.

As good as it gets

Nothing really to add to the list of glowing reviews, all good, probably the most comfortable and certainly the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. Five minute walk down the hill to Mevagissey Harbour. Seven minute walk back up the steep hill to the house. Would certainly book again.

Highly recommend

Spacious and comfortable house for two families with young girls. Kitchen was well equipped. Little touches like scones, wine, milk, soaps, and flowers. Location was amazing. Comfy beds and very good showers. Country views from the house. Outdoor space.

Nothing major but if I have to then sofas could be better. Couldn't connect our phones to TV for viewing.

Relaxing, Rejuvenating and Lovely touch with the cream teas on arrival!

Everything was just brilliant, clean and tidy house with lots of nice touches such as cream teas, wine, toiletries and soft towels. The kindness of the owners was particularly poignant for our visit and we cannot fault them - it made a big difference to our stay and would definitely recommend the house and area. Just a couple of minor suggestions for the kitchen: A potato peeler and a splash cover for the frying pans. Would love to come back!

The property was exactly as had been described. Additional touches by the hosts Caroline & Mike included, milk in the fridge, jam cream and scones and flowers waiting for us on arrival. We couldn't have been more pleased with all aspects of the property. Truly first class.

A-mazing. Again!

Caroline and Mike are lovely people who truly look after you. The rooms are gorgeous, the view at breakfast is wonderful and you can’t really get any better. They attend to all your needs even when that is to use a hose! We love staying with them and can’t wait to again. Thank you both.

Friendly hosts, brilliant view and a tastefully decorated room. Our morning breakfast overlooking the hills was a particular highlight. The room was excellent and the bed comfortable.
