The location is really nice, you can experience the nature, the cow and sheep eating the grass outside. And the things in kitchen are clean.
I was told need to pay electricity and gas separately, finally the householder only ask for 5 euro. Suggest can add into total cost.

Location was good - We had a car and there are plenty of parking spaces available.
Heating is good throughout the house. The host welcomed us when we arrived and provided hand sanitisers. The property was well maintained and was clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well-equipped as well if you're looking to cook. Do note that you'll have to pay deposit (EUR 300) in cash and the heating/electricity will be deducted from that. The host returned EUR 290 which I thought it is pretty reasonable as we stayed for 2 nights.
We had issues connecting the wifi but we didn't notify the host. By the time we noticed it, it was late at night and we were out most of the time we stayed at this place so it wasn't really an issue for us.

Cois Cnoic is a self catering house just 1.4 Km from the Main Street in Dingle so an excellent location both for exploring the town and touring the surrounding area. It had all mod cons. We got a great welcome from the hosts.
It is a new house with excellent insulation so we only had to use the excellent central heating for short periods even though we were there in December.
We would definitely stay there again when visiting Dingle.
No complaints at all

House was really clean and finished very well. Comfortable and spacious.
Messy check in - we tried to call the host for an hour before check in and couldn't get through, texted and phoned again and finally got through and it was another half hour before they got to the house so a total of 1.5 hours to try check in. They mentioned on the phone that they thought we were booked for the following day instead.
Also - just to note that the electricity and heating are estimated and not in your control. We checked the electricity meter and had used just over 2 euro of electricity over two days. We switched the heating on once for half an hour as we spent very little time in the house over the weekend. However we were charged 10 euro from our deposit and told our electricity was 4 euro and the remainder was contribution towards heat (heating not metered from what we saw). Not a huge amount of money at all but when they require a 300 euro cash deposit and the heating is basically an estimate then technically they can charge whatever they want as the heating is not on a meter - not really a pay as you go measure so i would suggest to keep everything fair that if they are estimating anyway then just include in the rent cost.
Tried to discuss this feedback with the host in a friendly way when leaving but it wasn't appreciated.
