Great place for a stopover. Lovely pool area and BBQ facilities.
Sliding door to washing line area difficult to open.

The location was very central to shops and other amenities and very close to the beach and jetty. Pool was great for the kids. Property itself was very safe and comfortable and providing a few minor issues, which were sorted promptly, was good value. It is well suited and spacious enough for a family. The grounds are clean and well maintained. BBQ facilities very good.
It could do with a complete change and improvement in crockery, glassware and cutlery, plus a few extra basic utensils. The aircon in the main bedroom was very noisy, and rattled constantly. May need a service.

The overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing,the bedding wasn’t ironed and looked thrown on the beds! The pillows were disgusting some not having protectors on at all,heavily stained and mis shaped ,they were only fit for the bin! After Covid and all the extra care that was put in place it clearly seems to have been forgotten ! One pillow actually had replace by 2019! The kitchen cupboards were jumbled up,a mis match of pots ,there clearly should have been x6 of everything and in some instances there was much more,just a clutter!
It is such a shame as a great position for Jurien and the beach,but needs a deep clean throughout,especially the kitchen and bathrooms.

The unit was very close to shops, gas stations and beach. The pool has children area which is great for my toddler. The rooms and toilet were big. The wifi was great. Sofa was big and cozy.
There were tiny bugs in the carpets and walls, specially at night. no shower curtains, so bathroom floor can get really wet.

Great location, good for a group stay, walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants.
No locks on bathroom/toilet. No oven or dishwasher.

Everything was in walking distance. the property was modern . It had all the amenities we as a family needed. The complex was well maintained and tidy.

Easy to get to. Not far away from town centre. Loved washing machine size. Loved the layout of Villa.
I thought the beds were well worn. Pillows were old. No dishwasher is very unusual. A cheap coffee machine would have been nice, and guests could buy pods. Bedroom Aircon needs servicing. Only 5 chairs on the outside patio, but, we did use kitchen chair. Very cold even when heater on, im thinking some heavy block out curtains are required. Two sets of keys would be helpful.

Great location for catching up with driends who were in similar units , good for little kids as it backed onto the grass ,
Needed a vacuum cleaner so we could clean up after our stay , aircon in the other two bedrooms would have been nice . But great spot ,

Location was perfect with easy access to the pool and restaurants and bars over the road. Unit was clean and had WiFi. Appreciated the aircon in the main bedroom on the 40 degree day.
No hair dryer and pump hand soap in the ensuite was empty. Also some cushions on the lounge would be make it more comfortable.

The location of Seafront Unit 50 was superb, easy front access with car and the rear covered area overlooking the pool was an excellent choice as we could sit and relax while watching the kids in the pool. All amenities were comfortable and location was great, Grill St cafe across the road, bakery down the road and the beach a 200m walk with the skate park. Will come again

Location was excellent. Right in town, close to everything including the new foreshore area for the kids to enjoy. The pools are great and very clean. The villa was great and had everything we needed.
Only minor things: The blinds might need replacing soon and the pillows weren't the greatest but that didn't affect our stay :)

Good size home with comfortable living area. Plenty of bedding and a nice common area with pool .

Property needs some care and attention. Faulty blinds in front bedroom and family room, washing machine leaks, some utensils and crockery were not cleaned. rangehood does not turn off via controls. Courtyard needs to be tidied up, pegs scattered on the ground. outdoor furniture has cobwebs

We love the location and the secured site of the units with the pool and BBQ facilities. As it's our second stay at the same unit, we were delighted that the airconditioning units were replaced and pleasantly surprised that there's NETFLIX on the tv! The kids were thrilled! :)

There was a chip on the glass of the coffee table which could have been highlighted to us before arrival. Our 7 yr old son and his friend were cut by the sharp edges and we had to put a plaster on the glass as a warning to others.

The shower and the pressure was good.
We.booked for 2 nights for 2 adults and there was coffee and tea for 1 person for 1 night. The equipment was old and made a lot of noise. It was in general not maintained well!

The location was close to everything and walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and the jetty. The villa was comfortable with a great outlook over the pool.
The decor was tired and in need of some maintenance and an upgrade.

Not much. The pool area was lovely. The ease of travelling around the town and travelling to other places of interest was very good. Jurien Bay is a beautiful spot to stay and we shall return there in the future.
Our Accommodation. I had to clean the kitchen (microwave, hot plates, sink and some of the cutlery and we had some chipped plates.) The doona covers were dirty. I messaged the owner but was not happy with the response.
