It was spacious and clean

Free parking and location - near to city center and supermarket

1- the scheduled hot water supply and the long wait for next hot water supply to take bath were so inconvenience 2- the beds are sagging and not firm - gave us aching back after 3 nights sleeping 3- the shower cubicle in master bdroom is very small that it is so uncomfortable to take a shower - hardly have space to even move!

The property is close to the centre and was close to the venue we werre attending for our event. The property was spacious.

No hot water throughout our stay. When we complained Initial response from Zen was ‘you can wait another hour to check’ . We werre also told the cleaner confirmed there was hot water, and felt like Zen were indicating we weren’t being truthful. No apology or anything. We could not wait an hour as we had to be out for a certain time. Very frustrating as you expect basic amenities to be working especially after a long drive. The next day we contacted zen again and received an apology and were advised we could move to another apartment where there was hot water however rather than moving all our items , we used this apartment to shower only. Normally I would give a place the benefit of the doubt re hot water not working however Reading back through other reviews I can see that this is an ongoing issue. It is not acceptable.

Not suitable for 5 adults. No 5th bed no bed linen for 5th air bed .No sofa bed. Air bed deflated when used making sleep impossible. Shabby lounge furniture. No table. Lift had no light. Getting help with problems was not easy causing us to loose our restaurant booking. Next day moved to more suitable accommodation with 3 single beds but longe furniture only sat 4 people and still no table.

The apartment was large, had two bedrooms, bathrooms and provided a shower and bath, one being en suite. Everything was provided in the kitchen, so a nice kitchen area and large TV to sit in front of which had netflix already set up which was a nice touch and free WiFi. There was one cosy lounge chair which was comfy but me and my friend had to fight who sits on this as the main sofa was hard. Parking was free, it was a little confusing at first where to park underground but the property provided good instructions on their booking. The staff were very helpful.

The mattress on the double bed was extremely springy and sunk in. The sofa wasn't very comfortable and had a wobbly side arm which I was worried it would break off so avoided, It was also quite stained. The building is very open so you can hear EVERYTHING. The people who live above you could hear moving furniture, running back and forth and even hear their conversations. Also the blankets on every bed smelt like dust/mothballs which wasn't pleasant.

The best accommodation I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. 😍 

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The accommodation is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking.
