Located in Surf City, this lovely house for $278 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. There is nothing in the world that can take away the stress of everyday life like a little 'Beach Therapy' on Topsail Island! Here at our attractively furnished townhome, you can gaze over the great beach views and enjoy easy beach access. You will have all you need for a relaxing and refreshing beach vacation. Picture yourself on the ocean side sun deck on the top floor. The gorgeous views of the ocean are unobstructed to the south so take it all in and enjoy! The comfortable Adirondack “high” chairs offer an amazing ocean overlook for spotting dolphins and pelicans while having your morning coffee, or afternoon cocktail. Head inside to the living room for movie nights on the large flat screen TV. A well-stocked kitchen, dining area for all 4 guests, and 1/2 bathroom are also on this upper level. On the first level, you'll find a lovely queen bedroom and second bright, beachy bedroom with 2 twin beds. Completing this floor is a full bathroom and a laundry room. Of course, this is all about the beach !! Our property has a private access to the beach (no streets to cross). Walk approx 100 ft. and your toes are in the sand!!!!!! You can lay in the sun, swim in the surf, and walk for miles. This beautiful, updated town home (new ceramic floor and living room furniture) is located just minutes from shopping and restaurants in the heart of Surf City. You can take a leisurely walk to the Surf City Pier and have lunch at one of the local restaurants featuring outdoor patios. Amenities include central air/heat, 2 TVs, internet access, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, sundeck with deck furniture and easy beach access. Please note YOU MUST BRING LINENS AND TOWELS or there are various businesses that rent them.

Weather didn’t cooperate at first, but it was gorgeous when we left. Very close to mainland grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet area, just steps to the beach. Pier is a short ways down the beach. It was everything we wanted.

My family had a wonderful time at surf city. This townhouse is right next to the ocean. It’s not completely ocean front but it’s behind a home that is ocean front. You do not have to cross a road to get to the sand. It’s very clean and comfortable. It’s right around the corner from all our favorite restaurants.

Fantastic place!! Steps from the beach, short drive or walk to restaurants, pier fishing, sweet shops, and a playground. Perfect location for our family. Townhome was clean and very comfortable. Everything was as advertised, if not better. Highly recommend and would love to book again!!

Property was extremely clean and convenient to the beachfront. Access is just a few steps away, which was perfect for short trips to the beach with our 11 month old. Wonderful place!

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The place was clean and well kept and comfortable. The owner was quick in response and helpful when I had any questions during the stay. It was also the best location for getting to the beach with a perfect view. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect place for a family of 4. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and the pier and restaurants are within walking distance. Everything was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This property was great. From the deck, you can see the beach at an angle. It was clean and had great parking. The location was nice as it was close to restuarants. When I booked, I thought it was on the beach, but it is just slightly one row back. However, you do not need to cross the road to get to the beach and you really are "right" there.

The property was the in the perfect location for a beach vacation! The beach was just steps away from the property and had a beautiful view. The only thing is that we had to bring our own linens and towels, which wasn’t ideal, but we were able to rent them nearby. Would come again!

My wife and I had a wonderful time.The pictures if this property don’t do it justice. It was fully stocked. We brought bedding but only needed to sheets. We took walks on the beach where my wife collected lots of shells. Our son came to visit with us on one day from Camp Lejeune with PTSD who had an episode and broke a deck rail. We had a wonderful time with that exception.

This home was beautiful! Beautiful sounds of the ocean as well as a beautiful view! I thoroughly enjoyed my morning coffee sitting on the deck watching the sunrise. My oldest daughter is a Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune. She had leave time and my younger daughter (16) and I wanted to spend a relaxing few days together. We didn’t want a hotel/motel so we found this. Awesome! Everything that we needed was there! We cooked and played games and spent much time on the beach! And if we needed anything, plenty of stores were in such a short distance. I would love to return! And the artwork in our house was beautiful!!!

We loved the location - about 25 steps to the beach. LOVED that it was sooooo clean - there wasn’t even a speck of dust on the window blinds. Met our needs perfectly! Tried to get it for the same week next year but was already booked!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights for a short getaway to the beach. This place was perfect for us. We were very impressed with how clean and organized everything was when we arrived. There is plenty of room upstairs and downstairs. We slept in the Queen bed which was very comfortable and the closet in that bedroom was large enough for us to store our luggage and other belongings so it was all out of our way. There was a nightstand chest of drawers on each side of the bed and they were plenty big enough for our clothes. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The living room area was comfortable and the TV , Cable and Netflix were all very easily accessible to us. We loved having our coffee out on the deck in the mornings while looking out at the beach. Access to the beach couldn't have been any easier. We walked right out the the door, down the steps and right out to the beach. The location is convenient to several places to eat, get ice cream or shop. We especially liked that we had a designated parking spot for our vehicle. We had one very minor question for Ron when we first arrived. We messaged him and he responded right away. We definitely plan to book this place again.
