Simple but roomy rooms
No Wifi throughout complex. Only near reception area.

Location
Nothing to cook with in the kitchen in the room or in the shared kitchen and no gas in the bbqs.
The beds had bed bugs.
Accomodation was mostly used for homeless people. Many were on drugs, alchohol, having parties and arguments.
All facilities were dirty including mould in the mattresses and pooh in the shower.
Main boss was rude, unnacomodating and not prepared to negotiate a refund beyond 10 percent even though dealing with a bed bug infestation is costing us time and money.

We had gone to Auckland for a concert with the intention of leaving our children 10-16yrs at the park while we went to the event 20 minutes away.
From the broken playground on the drive in to the residents who "directed" us to our parking space, we soon realized that was not a safe space for our children to be without us.
The permanent residents and their children obviously are used to having the park to them selves and do not care at all for any visitors. They have animals chained to shopping carts and play loud offensive music for hours and hours and hours.
The Shared Kitchen contained almost nothing. The microwave was small and very slow.
The shared bathrooms were awful. With the residents drinking for the entire afternoon, there were a lot of people using them with no care at all. I would not let the kids go alone.
The room was large but was filthy and smelt strongly of urine.
We are covered in bites after leaving. It was awful!
Needless to say, we didn't get to the concert and regretted ever trying to make this trip away for the night. I can't believe a property like this is on booking.com to book

Nothing could not even spend the night there as we were filling very unsecured and yucky
Where to star ?! It was loud, linens were actually only the bottom sheet and it was disgusting. Staff was very unhelpful, children felt very uneasy we stayed about 2 hours and decided to spend our night elsewhere. It would have been great to "warn" customers about this place to be part of emergency housing program.

Large property
Ants in the cabins, didn’t like how the property looked when first driving in thought it was a tad unclean. A lot of the amenities were rusty. Shared bathroom has cob webs everywhere, everything seemed surfaces cleaned.

The Chinese lady at reception needs to go!! She is beyond rude! We booked our accommodation months in advance only to be told upon arrival that the room isn't available. The lady at reception was adamant that I didn't book the cabin even though I showed her confirmation from Booking.com. She was really rude and when I asked to speak to manager she calls him on phone and runs her mouth to him blaming me. Once he gets to reception he sees immediately that its their error and is very apologetic. We still didn't get our room though, nor did we get a refund. Our group had to make do with the room provided which meant we had to split parents up from their children to fit properly into rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE! They really don't care how much of an inconvenience things are! Poor customer service, place is run down and rooms smell like cigarettes.

Absolutely nothing
Paid non refundable deal.thete was no room available and so was put in a unfinished filthy room with nails sticking into my feet as no flooring cockroaches wasn't able to have room untill 5pm and they wanted me out at 8am.sworn out and only gave $20back.nowhere else to stay that night in auckland and they stole my pillow and bedding
I also found my car to have been keyed amd there were police all over the place.it was an absolute nightmare

The pukeko’s
The smell was bad. Shower wall liner had a hole the size of a boot that water was entering the framework and floor. 1 light bulb worked out of 5 in the 2 rooms. The emergency housing neighbour’s were disruptive. For example swearing at kids and a patched gang member riding in at 10pm on a Harley next door. The top bunk bed was broken held by 3 cnr’s ready to collapse. No wifi reached the room. T towel was stinky. Broken towel rail and vanity was falling apart. By comparison of other places I stayed during the week this was well below par.

It was closer ish to the trust arena
The toilets need some TLC - repainting , floor in shower to be scrubbed and non slippery Matt’s to be changed to new ones

Nothing went well, this place should not be listed it is used for emergency housing and is not safe.
Apartment was absolutely disgusting. Table was held together with duct tape, holes in the walls and floors and the place smelt so strongly of cigarette smoke you could actually taste it.
Dodgy people walking around the campsite, eyeing up things to steal. Felt very unsafe and unfriendly.
I would not send my worst enemies to stay a night here, you would be safer and more comfortable sleeping in a cardboard box in the CBD.

Worse experience ever !!!
We came from Napier to Auckland stated we had small children. We arrived to this place and was shocked to find that they had giving our room to someone else because the staff checked someone in under my name then acted surprised that I was there with ID to prove it was intact not me checked in under my name. And instead of removing the person checked under my name they tried to offer a room for 2people to me keep in mind I had booked a room for 5. Then they tried offering my children to sleep in a mixed house accommodation even though we didn’t pay we were left to find another accommodation during the late afternoon. Both rooms that where offered where disgusting stunk of cigarettes and animal fesses it was a absolute shock that this place is up an running. Totally disgusting an would not recommend

The T.V, fridge, plates, cutlery & the hot showers that was awesome
The kitchen windows in the rooms the latches were loose, the walls to the rooms are thin as u could here the next door people talk u could hear the doors opening & shutting really loud enough to wake u up aww noisy, outside the doorway u could smell next door smoking yuk it should be a no smoking area the toilets showers & kitchen facilities not very clean or tidy it looks like a place for homeless people sort of look couldn't wait to leave

Bleached stained sheet and the word pus## tagged into the bedroom wall the same side as the stained sheet. Broken handle on bedroom window so it would not close. In. The bathroom broken towel handle toilet roll holder cover missing. No doors on bathroom cabinet. Small hole in floor by shower rotten floor. In the shower the wall had two holes in it outside the shower was old stained with old use.

Cockroaches in my cabin too noisy and nothing to cook food with in the kitchen, no pots or pans etc!
$80 a night for what I got is a rip off!

That they upgraded us to a family room for the inconvenience
Facilities where not kept well, bathrooms were not very clean, rooms were unkept broken beds and ripped wallpaper holes in walls and doors, permanent residence were loud and kept us up all night. Office not open in mornings as stated on their hours
