Die Lage war das einzige gute an der Unterkunft.
Der ganze Rest. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Very close to all the bars in Bocas.
Friendly staff and cozy private room.
Cheap.
No warm water. But this is kind of normal there..

There was a better room available and I was upgraded. Very good service.
It was pretty okay for the price, nothing to complain about.

The price is not bad for the location and the hostel
The rooms are quite small, the place is not very clean and during the night was quite crowded
9.0
Good location and value for money
The room size perhaps was a bit too small and I found it difficult to find the entrance, I actually went around the location and when I found the hostel sign, it was for the unused backdoor.

Very nice atmosphere and volunteers. Perfect location in the town, because everything is reachable in 5 min but you still can sleep because there is no loud bar or club next to it.

nothing
Nothing is clean, including showers and toilets, sheets weren’t clean, matras was totally broken. Kitchen everything but clean, very gross.

Galvin is such a nice person! It was easy to find friends in the hostel & there is always something going on. Also loved the hammocks.
Some kitchen tools are broken or there was not a lot of cuttlery/plates etc. At „rush hour“ in the kitchen it was sometimes difficult to cook.

the kitchen is not well equipped, there was only one pot for everybody, had to stay at the third level of a bunk bed not very nice

i want to start by saying the owner/ manager is so nice and kind.
we had a private room and every single night we were kept awake throughout the entire night by drunk partiers and local workers in the hostel making food in the kitchen with their music on literally all night long even though there are signs at reception that say no noise after 10. people were smoking right next to us at breakfast and all day even though there are signs that say no smoking. when we ask the staff to reprimand they shrugged and did nothing. there are holes in the roof , mould every where, the room had a horrible smell and I think we have contracted bed bugs from the bedding. we were in a private room for 5 nights and we we never had our room cleaned had to ask for new towels and toilet paper.

I like how central the location is to everything. The staff was awesome and so very helpful. I like that they have quiet hours and that they have hammocks all around to lounge in. I love all the graffiti and artworks around the location.
The shower doors are hard to close or open (some are just broken). There is only cool water (which I am fine with). The door to my dormitory didn't close so it was weird at first but got used to it. I mean, you can't complain, you get what you pay for. It was a place to sleep and shower, meets the basic necessity.

The location near to everything.
Some rooms need to be cleaned more frequently.

The staff is friendly and the WiFi is okay. It’s located very close to the centre. Breakfast is included for the private rooms.
The pictures on booking are not an accurate representation of how it is in reality. The building is worn out and the kitchen is dirty and uninviting. We had a room right next to the bar so it was noisy all the time, even past 11 PM. Shower was cold. Conclusion: you get what you pay for.

dirty, no locks on the doors, old people, tiny rooms

Good location, friendly staff and nice breakfast included.
I didn't use any facilities or see the place as I had a private room. This was right next to the reception so didn't have to go anywhere.
The room was literally next to the common area. People were hanging out/singing/playing music until 4am, directly outside the door. They were quiet when I asked as they didn't know the room was there, but then some more people arrived so I didn't sleep.
I think they need to get rid of this room as it makes absolutely no sense having it there. Maybe if they had staff 24/7 to stop the noise, but it's only a small place

relaxed hostel with lovely staff
you have to pay for the water

we had a very nice single room with own bathroom AC and everything
there was nothing to put your stuff on in the room.

Strong mold smell from the room, door did not lock and the mattress was so thin you literally slept on the tree planks the bed was made of... Staff was lovely but the owners should shut down the place and renovate it's facilities for the safety of their guests

The bed really needed a new mattress

really great location and the staff were super friendly. you can refill your water for 50 cent which is really useful and near lots of shops etc. we went on a boat trip with sugar which was also great fun. has ac and a night guard which makes you feel really safe when coming back late.
the kitchen wasn't great, dirty and not very well equipped and there wasn't a huge area to hang out - all just tables most in the sun, only 2 hammocks

Nice location, friendly and helpful staff.
Room had openings and there were 1000 mosquitos at night. Probably the season but still annoying
