We had a wonderful time staying at Pinch Me. The property was immaculate and they thought of everything. The beds were very comfortable and having a coffee on the deck with the little wild bunnies was very relaxing. Location was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July at John and Lisa's house. The location was great to access the beautiful beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail and the surrounding areas. We were quite comfortable in the very clean and nicely air conditioned (it was so hot and humid when we visited!) home, which was on a quiet street with no visible neighbors.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to rent this property. This location is minutes from are two favorite beaches, Coast Guard and Nauset Light. The house was comfortable and couldn't be any cleaner. For a smaller house it still felt roomy enough for our group for the 4 bedrooms, two being on the first floor. We will definitely be renting this property in the future trips to Cape Cod. Highly recommended.

This property was in the perfect location on the cape for us. We were 5 minutes away from the Cape Cod National seashore AND less than 10 minutes away from the Bay side. We were also fairly centrally located to many of the beach towns that we wanted to explore. The house was exactly as advertised and worked out perfect for us! Plenty of space for our family of 4 with additional space to accommodate another family of 4 if you wished.

This beautifully maintained house was so delightful in terms of its interior immaculate space. The layout was so comfortable. The quiet local was perfect and accessible to beaches, restaurants and sight seeing. The owners provided invaluable information in their information booklet.

We recently stayed here for our trip to Cape Cod. The property is exactly like the listing - clean, relaxing and serene. It is located very close to many attractions, yet you can sit on the porch and have tea and feel like you have the cape to yourself! The hosts are so easy to communicate with as well. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to the cape!

Beautiful home full of amenities for a perfect family vacation. Ample room for family of 5, cozy home with plenty of thoughtful items to make traveling easy with young kids. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Great location for beaches, local biking and hiking, and close to restaurants. We will definitely return!

We loved our stay at the Pinch Me house. It is very spacious and clean, and the location is perfect. There are a lot of details that go above and beyond about this home - welcoming touches, games, beach gear and a super informative house book about the area. John was very communicative and helpful before and during the trip. We will return and highly recommend.

Had a wonderful time at the Pinch-me cottage. The house was located in a great location, close to the National Seashores beaches, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Bedrooms were a good size, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

This was the perfect setting to celebrate our uncle's life and legacy in the Cape. We enjoyed revisiting the area - some things have remained the same and some we found very different from years ago. The house was all that was advertised and more. We hope to visit again one day.

We had a great family vacation at the cottage. It is rare to find a Cape rental with four good-sized bedrooms and three bathrooms as well. The combined living room/kitchen area is on the small side but worked well enough. The location near the Salt Pond and beaches was excellent. Would recommend to anyone!

We’ve just returned from our “Pinch Me” house vacation and we had such a wonderful experience! The house was sparkling (and I mean sparkling) clean and super comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need and John and Lisa were the perfect hosts. Communication was quick and easy and when we had the slightest question they were right on top of it with a very fast response. We so appreciate this very special house and it’s hosts and we can’t wait to come again!

Property was very nice/well equipped and clean with a great location (close to beaches, restaurants, not far from town). The owner is very responsive and we had a great stay. We would definitely return again in the future.

Terrific location and perfect layout for our family - 4 daughters (17-23) - LOVED the outdoor shower AND 2 1/2 baths to split up the girls!!

This was our first VRBO rental experience and we believe John and Lisa have set the bar VERY high for any future rentals! The care they’ve put into their Pinch Me home is evident throughout, including an extremely detailed 3-ring welcome binder chock-full of the information one would need for making the most of a stay within the home and in the surrounding area on the Cape (local restaurants and markets, beaches, rainy day ideas and other recreation opportunities, to name a few of the topics within). This property is accurately represented in its listing, both in pictures and the details of its description. It’s tucked in away from busy traffic but very easy to access Rte. 6 for other destinations. Every nook and cranny was clean as a whistle – reassuring during this pandemic. John and Lisa set their renters up for success with all the information they provide and to say John and Lisa are responsive is an understatement. Everyone in our group (ages 28 to 62) raved about the accommodations at Pinch Me (“The beds are so comfortable!” “The home has everything one could need!”). Everyone had hot water for showers, despite how many were going at one time, including the outdoor shower. It was a hot week and we were so happy for the mini AC splits throughout the home. My husband and I agree the home was perfect for our crew’s purposes and we were can’t say enough wonderful things about it; we hope we’ll have the opportunity to stay again. John and Lisa and their home are gems!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pinch Me Cottage. The hosts ensured impeccable cleaning and attention to detail in every aspect. Location was perfect, as we loved the close proximity to the National Seashore beaches and Nauset Marsh Trails. House is new, spacious, and well equipped with plenty of space for our family of five. We had fun playing horseshoes while we grilled fresh seafood from the nearby fish market. Owners were responsive to our every need. Thanks for a wonderful stay ~ we wish we could have stayed longer and hope to come back soon!
