- The place is 150 meters from a very nice beach, the fact it is near makes it possible to go easily several times.
- For children it may be one of the best beaches in the region as it offers some areas with shade as well.
- There is a restaurant below the apartments, reasonably priced.
- At the beach you can rent kayaks & pedalo boats (ones with slides are recommended).
- The peninsula to the south is nice for a 20-30 minutes jog. On the other side of the peninsula you can rent a bike and either visit Kamenjak or the city.
- The parking spots have a pergola with kiwi fruits growing over cars.
- The restaurant below the apartments is open from (from late afternoon) until midnight, so if you keep windows open you can hear people talking,
