unit not in great condition - poor paint finishes, doors don’t close well, fridge doesn’t close well, minimal furniture.

I liked the location and how fast my request for baby cot and cleaning of the balcony were delivered.

The bathroom was old and the place was not very clean. The rugs by the bed were dirty and the sofa was dusty.

Apartment was comfortable, location was good, swimming was good

Attitude of staff was worst even i planned to raise complain through my lawyer in dubai, still i reserve my rights, they treated my family worstly. Even they locked my apartment with my luggage only because of security amount even i paid full amount in advance of my rent and still two days left of my stay. In addirion i asked them ro wxtwnd my stay for 4 more days and they said we will revised your contract along with security detail but unfortunately i came back apartment at around 10 pm with my daughters/kids but i found my room is locked and i called representative but their attitude was worst.

I asked twice the staff to fix the TV receiver, but didn’t replay.

Seamless check-in and check-out experience. Apartment was perfect for my family to stay. They were flexible with my flight times for check-in and provided the option of a late check-out on their own initiative. The apartment itself was in the perfect location in Dubai a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa, The room was also very clean, well kept if not new, and genuinely looked exactly like the pictures while slightly exceeding my expectations. Would absolutely stay with them again in any of their apartments!

Construction noise nearby, all taxi drivers didn't know the location and refused to take us to the hotel. Difficult to get a taxi from the hotel to move.
