The location is nearby to Kavala Beach,also by car the best beach around AMMOLOFOI is about 25 minutes driving from there.The center is 5 minutes driving from there.There is supermarket across the street and farmacy. The house is huge and it have all the needed stuff for living.The house has 3 bedrooms , 1 big living room with kitchen ,2 bathrooms and toilets,washing machine,dishwasher,pans for cooking and huge balconies with tables. The host is very kind and amazing person. She welcomed us with food inside the fridge and also she gave us a presents before we left the location. Great experience in Greece! I recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay in Kavala!!!

I liked everything

Hosts were very nice, helpful, we had a small welcome package. Location was great, close to the small port, 5-6 minutes with car to the nearest beach resort, 20 minutes walk to city center. Very nice view from the terrace.

Old and tired furniture in the upstairs bedroom, kitchen utilities needed to be cleaned and also the bathrooms

The house was very spacious and in good condition for this price range. The host was accommodating. We booked the house an hour before we arrived in Kavala and it was ready straight away. The house can easily sleep 6-7 people. It has air conditioning through out and it's own parking space outside. It's in East part of the city, about 2 km from the city centre but there is plenty of parking if you drive for a night out. We are already planning to come back next year.
