Exzellente Wohnungen! Große Empfehlung!

Seit zehn Jahren sind wir mehrmals im Jahr auf Sardinien und können sagen, dass die Wohnungen mit Abstand zu den schönsten gehören! -wunderschöne, liebevoll eingerichtete und neue Wohnungen -sehr sauber -exzellente Ausstattung -sehr herzliche und sympathische Vermieter -Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei -tolle Terrasse mit einem Zitronenbaum, Grill und Außendusche -Waschmaschine -großer Kühlschrank + Gefrierschrank -top Lage -gemütliche Betten -u.v.m. Nice place to explore south Sardinia

Good location, nice apartmant, good equipments, even washing machine. Apartmant is clean and tidy, Kitchen is great as well. Teulada is a cute city with nice restaurants.

There is no micro. My apartmant (2 from 6) has a view on the park and the temple squere. At night, teenegers were laud in the park, and the bell wakes us up at 7:30, what is not problem for us.

The best apartment out of 4 different we had during our trip. All is very fresh, clean and you have all facilities needed. Patio is cozy. Parking is at place.

Perfect base to explore Teulada and the surrounding area for a few days

Great location with parking in central Teulada, easy to walk to supermarket and selection of restaurants. Several outstanding beaches within half hour drive (and private parking available). Electric shutters for a very dark bedroom at night. Very friendly host Riccardo who gave us a complimentary bottle of local liqueur- delicious!

Noise from building work next door started at 7.30-8 AM each morning, but of course this will be only a short-term nuisance. Although we were also woken up at 7.30 on Sunday morning by church bells. No air-con in the bedroom itself so got very hot overnight.

Summer in October

Nice, almost completely new and spotlessly clean apartment in South Sardinia. The apartment is fully equipped and has a very nice terrace to enjoy your dinner or afternoon drink. Teulada is a small town and all restaurants, shops, etc. are literally minutes away. Ricardo is a very friendly and efficient host; he was kind enough to wait for us despite us running late and always made any arrangements we asked him for within minutes of us asking. And he produces probably the best mirto liqueur on the island (grazie mille Ricardo)! All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Not really a negative since we knew this when we made the booking but you do need a car if you wish to explore the beaches and other parts of the island. While public transport is available, it is much better to rely on your own transportation, especially since the closest beach is 15km away and Teulada is approx. 80km away from the capital Cagliari.

Great apartment, with outside space as well, in an interesting little town.

The two year old apartment was bright, very clean, and fully equipped. It was great having a fridge and stove, so that I could do some simple cooking. The smart TV also translated some of the movies back to the english language, so that I could enjoy. Several good restaurants in easy walking distance. Parking was on site and spacious.

They need a small sign or address outside the building. I was standing right in front and did not that was the place. I emailed Ricardo and he met me there shortly. I do not use Whatsapp so it took a few minutes. One minor issue with the hot water was also fixed quickly.

Great location with private parking!

Excellent location: close to beaches like Portu Tramatzu beach that has all the amenities. Spiaggia Tueredda is also within easy reach by car. Hosts Riccardo and Martina are very friendly and informative. You cannot go wrong with these apartments. Recently renovated with ultra clean rooms. Nice patio for relaxing and dining and also BBQ.

We had the apartment with the biggest patio. However, the indoor dining area lacked a sofa as there was no separate indoor living area. The kitchen equipment lacked a cutting board.

Spacious, clean and comfotable for a family.

Very helpful hosts that waited long in the night for out plane arrival as well as helped when necessary. The facility was brand new/renovated and perfectly clean. Private parking was a plus.

We missed a bit air conditioning in the bedrooms, while there was only one unit in the kitchen. The terrace - it was with a nice view and spacious, however it was difficult to sit there because of unbearable heat in the evening - the heat was coming from the outer air conditioning unit and a gas boiler and as the terrace was roofed, the heat could not escape and made the terrace overheated. No problem in the morning. Small hint for sleepers - the nearby church bells ring at 7:30 - quite noisy:).
