The owner was most helpful in calling us a cab for the morning. With our American phones we couldn’t call out.

It gives a homely feeling. I like that it is close to the Fiumicino airport. The host was so nice and directed me to where I could get the bus to either Rome or the airport. The place was squeaky clean 👌🏾…It is nothing fancy if that’s what you’re looking for.

Area was difficult to get too, not near bus or train and we battled to get a taxi.

The place is roomy.. comunication with the staf via email prior to arrival wad very good. Unfortinstly never got to meet them in real.life.
The equipment in the appartment is quite old. Our flight was delayed so we landed at the midfle of the night. We had to wait over an hour to find a taxi from the airport, and when wr did we were charged 25 euros for a 5 minute drive. The whole point of renting this place wad to bennefit from sleeping by the airport, so if you sre landing late, you would be netter of sleeping in rome.
The couches in the room arent resly comfortsnle as beds.

very old apartment with old furniture, not clean enough, very unpleasant atmosphere. no clear instructions for checking in. we couldn’t find the buttons for entering the code and we had to ask the neighbours for support.
I don’t mind properties like that to be on the market but definitely not in that price

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment, very quiet location and no sound of airplanes, the host was very efficient and helpful, everything was ok during my stay.
There are very few shops nearby, so get what you need before getting there.

Host was available via messages and very responsive. He does let us check in early and arranged taxi for us. Property does have an Italian character to it and bidet was a great addition.
It is a bit far from village centre, if you have to walk with a suitcase (as in our case), it is not easy as footpaths quality is not great. Not a lot of places around to eat. 2 beds were sofa cum beds and quality was just ok.
Taxi price to Fiumicino is excessive (35 Euro for 3 km ride).
Instructions to check-in were bare minimum. There are different apartments in this property and you have to press one saying 'River House' (faded).

The owner is very friendly, we arrived very late night ,owner make everything easy for self-check in. the apartment is lovely, provide towels,shower gel and shampoo , toilets paper is beautiful with flowers print . towels smell good .
Apartment is good close to the airport. but the only thing is late night taxi (3am)cost €40 to get there, the driver said that’s fixed price. only 8 mins ride . and all the Uber reject the order when we order on the app . maybe it’s too close .
I think if we arrive early , will be better .

Very sweet and beautiful place near the airport. It is more beautiful than it seems in the pictures, communication with the owner was smooth, everything was explained well enough and all was fine in the room. Recommend to someone that wants to stay near the airport.

Very close to the airport, we arrived late and left very early but the host was very helpful and accommodating. The unit is older but spacious and well equipped.

Convenient to stay overnight near Fiumicino Rome airport
The taxi fare from the airport at 11pm cost more than the room and almost as much as the flight from London. 50 Euro for 3 km is at too much. Walking back to the airport next morning was difficult due to lack of footpath.

Comfortable and clean. Ideal location if you need a place to stay before or after a flight to and from Fiumicino Airport. Some shop in the area an pizza restaurant at walking distance

Close to the airport. A simple shuttle will take you to the airport, for 5€, from very close place.

The host responded to all of my questions almost immediately. The property is is fairly large, WiFi is perfect, and it has its own kitchen! ANother huge plus - only an 8 minute shuttle ride from the airport (FCO) - a $5eu shuttle ride. The keys are obtained via lock code and everything is easily accessible. Truly a nice way to wind down after a long vacation.
