Great stay!

Incredibly friendly staff at the restaurant and front desk. Very centrally located, surrounded by restaurants. Very comfortable bed and fantastic pillows.

Slightly loud but earplugs solve that problem easily.

Too much noise, no sleep

Hotel was modern and clean

The noise from the bar next door is unbearable, the music is so loud that it is impossible to sleep. We were 2 couples in 2 rooms and nine of us managed to sleep before 4am when the club closes. Avoid this hotel if you want to sleep

Comfy large rooms with hot tub!

Location is amazing, right in the middle of the area with bars and restaurants. Hot tub in the room was amazing! Rooms large compared to most other hotels in Medellin.

As we were warned the noise is very loud at night. The ear plugs and the white noise machine help but if you want some peace and quiet this is not the place for you!

Incredibly loud from music in clubs, impossible to sleep at night :(

My suite had a tub and it hotel is located in the middle of all bars.

As it turns out clubs play music Monday to Friday just as loud as weekends and unless you have earplugs - you’re not going to fall asleep there.

Great hotel, but very noisy till late.

The room was very nice with a double jacuzzi and modern design. The front desk staff was very helpful

We understood there would some noise in the center of Poblado. However, we did not realize how loud it would be till 3 or 4 am. There is a nightclub next door an others across the street. Even the supplied ear plugs were not enough to kill the noise.

Really nice and comfortable hotel with great staff

We liked the staff, they were really professional and ready to help at any time. Location was good since it is in the middle of nightlife, but that can be minus too, depends on what are you looking for. Anyhow, the hotel is surrounded with bunch of different restaurants and coffee shops.

We did not like noise, but first of all I need to say that in the description of the hotel it is written that they are in the noisy neighborhood. Additionally, they provide you with the device where you can play white noise music, as well with the ear plugs, do they did everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would say that it is noisy but not as I was expected.

Friendly Staff and clean rooms

during the nights it gets noisy. also the rooms were smaller, not much space to move around. staff is excellent and breakfast was nice.

Great location but noisy. Not for children that’s for sure

The location is very good. I think he hearts of everything. Which is also the bad part. It’s closed for vehicles at some times of the day so getting an uber you have to walk a couple blocks to meet up.

Friday and Saturday nAda HJR SUPER noisy. The hotel gives you ears plugs and a little radio but it doesn’t really work. You have 2 opciones go tons leer getting used to the noise or just go out romperte and come back smashed and don’t care about the 5 bars next to you.

A lot of night life going on near by.

In general, at night, one can hear the noise coming from the bars but in my case I slept well. It was just one night and the staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Amazing room, not quite at all

The room and the shower were amazing! Clean, fresh, comfortable and in high standard

The hotel is located near few clubs, and in the middle floor the noise was unbearable! The noise was until 3-4 in the morning..

-The stuff was good. Luis was very helpful and professional. -The jacuzzi - The toiletries. -Thw room was excellent. Good premises.

-Unfortunately. If you are looking for a hotel to relax and have a pleasant rest at night time; the location is not convenient for it. -We couldn't sleep at all. Even though they supplied a sleep noise machine and we wore our noise cancelling headphones to try to block the hideous noise from the streets, it wasn't possible. The music didn't stop until almost 5 AM. It is a noisy area at night time with bars and pubs all around the building.

Exactly what I needed it for this trip.

Perfect Location with nice restaurants and disco clubs by walking distance, Hotel Deco, nice views and very comfortable Beds.

If you are trying to sleep It can get very noisy at night with all the clubs around, but I guess its a hotel more for people that like to party and enjoy night life.

Medellín Weekend 🥳

The place has an amazing view, friendly staff, we were able to communicate in English & Spanish at the same time. Facility was clean all the time. Special compliments to the guys @ front desk.

It’s delightful. Like I said, the staff makes all the difference. And now they have a little café where are you can eat

The staff was incredible. The rooms are very nice. Everything was good. It’s in a nice location but once again, the staff was amazing.

it just gets a little noisy at night because of the music being played by the bars. But if you use earplugs, it’s fine.

The front desk kept trying to coordinate a time “clean our mattress” during our stay which was strange and inconvenient. Also, the room needs curtains or blinds. The window is very bright at night from the street. This made sleeping difficult.

Right place to party, wrong place to sleep

The hotel is new and very nice, the description "boutique" is definitely fitting. The staff was incredibly nice and offered to write us a list of restaurants they recommend in the area. The room was small, but clean and comfortable.

The location. It is right in the middle of a party street with different music blasting from each establishment until 3am in the morning making it difficult to sleep. To be fair, the property did contact me as soon as I booked advising about this fact and offered to change my booking to a sister hotel, so I knew what I was getting myself into. For those who come to party in Medellin, the location is perfect.

Great stay but it depends on who is looking

This is a nice hotel that is part of a number of chain hotels in Medellín. The staff is very friendly and tries to be very helpful. Location is very close to everything even though staff was not very knowledgeable about close restaurants.

The problem is if you're planning on sleeping, then this is not the hotel for you. The noise is not coming from outside, you actually feel that the noise is in your room. Upon arrival, the safe in the room did not work. There was no chair so you can use the table or the desk. Bed was shaky every time my partner moved, I woke up because I felt a whole bed shaking. The ceiling leaked when it was raining hard. TV did not work had to call staff to fix it. But all in all the rooms for the purpose.
