Host forgot to put keys for us in mail box, where I was advised to collect and I had to call him and wait for over an hour to sort it out

A second stay and we hope to come back again. The whole apartment is immaculate and perfect for a stay. The balcony is a great place to watch the world go by, morning coffee or an evening chill.

Amazing apartment!! Cannot recommend this waterfront apartment enough. The apartment itself was very spacious, so clean and extremely well stocked. It had absolutely everything you would need. The kitchen has everything as well, perfect for families who like to cook meals. The location was central right off the Esplanade with amazing views. Thank you Chris and Lina for your hospitality! Looking forward to coming back!

This is a lovely newly renovated spacious apartment. Perfect for families, groups or two couples. The hosts have gone over and above ensuring guests are comfortable. We enjoyed the nice touch of complementary biscuits, water and milk.

We had a very comfortable stay at Cairns Luxury Waterfront Apartment. The owner was great & went out of his way to drop a 3rd set of keys to us later in the evening when our teenage children locked 2 sets in the apartment! He always responded to messages promptly & the packet of tim tams left in the fridge was very thoughtful. Very clean & the beds were comfortable.

The apartment was great - very clean & great location. The only downside was externally Rydges is looking very old & tired although in saying that a lot of the esplanade front properties in Cairns are.

Location was good. Facilities were perfect for a family. Very comfortable stay.

Fantastic location, close enough to walk most places. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry where a real bonus!

great location & well setup

they need to install some blockout blinds as sun streams straight into window in the morning & current blinds are not good enough.

amazing views, literally everything you could need for two couples with a baby each. thankful for the water and milk in the fridge. great place, would defiantly come back.

floors can get slippery even with aircon running but nothing anyone can do about humidity :)

This place was perfect for myself and my family, had everything you could need to make your holiday complete. They even suggested things to do on a rainy day. The view is spectacular to wake up to and the beds are super comfy. We would totally recommend this place to stay.

Didn't like that you have to keep the air con on the whole time due to the floors get wet and slippery and it got a bit cold at times but it can't really be helped due to the humidity.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views! We loved everything about our stay here. Great location, close enough to everything we needed. Loved our warm evenings out on the balcony enjoying the view! Pool was fabulous, kitchen was well set up and the apartment was beautifully presented on arrival - thank you for the Tim Tam treats! We would highly recommend this apartment for others looking for a comfortable stay in Cairns with incredible views and a relaxing ambience with a touch of luxury!

A/C problems & leaking puddles...bit dangerous on tiles. No- ones fault, bad luck. On website says a rooftop pool and also a gym. Be nice to know gym wasn't open and rooftop pool wasn't accessible to us when booking. More tea supplies would be great for 5 dy stay. Grounds outside need upkeep and TLC

AMAZING views, the place was sooo clean, had all the facilities right down to high chair and washing liquid and fabric softener! Looks exactly like the photos and we even got Tim tams on arrival. Perfect location, especially if you are with kids because there is an epic park across the road with water fun. Enjoyed some great sunrises and sunsets on the balcony. If you are reading this and wondering if you should stay here, you absolutely should!!
