Great location, very nice details of the place and a very good price for that location. The bedroom was very cozy, great blanket and a nice design. The bathtub was amazing and confortable. Overall a great experience and I recommend this location.
We had some misunderstandings regarding our room. We were not clearly informed which room is ours, but in the end everything was clarified. There was no natural light in the living room, but it compensated with different light bulbs.

Cleanliness, quirkiness of the place, the fully equipped kitchen, all the little details. Public parking right outside. Very nice yard.
Traffic noise, but it was a really unusual hot period of the year and we had to keep all windows open, otherwise I don't think it's an issue.

Overall the place is nice, location is good, a walk and you are in the center. Patio and studio have a nice look - old and industrial.
The studio looks very nice but the lighting is nothing like in the pictures, it's pretty dark, a lot of noise from the busy rode ritgh next to the bedroom window and upstairs guests. If you are a light sleeper or you want to relax in silence this can be a bit disturbing.
The welcome was a short fast phone call I made as the door was closed and did not receive the cod before and that was about it.
