جميل وهذه ثاني مره اسكن فيه وسأكرر السكن فيه ان شاء الله

النظافة والموقع والسعر والاطلالة والعزل في الغرف ومن لديه سيارة فالمنطقة ليست بعيدة وراقية وآمنة جدا كما هو الحال في اسطنبول

1- مدير الفندق الذي اذا عرف ان حجزك عن طريق بوكنج يقدم لك افطار مجاني مع حجزك ويطلبك ان تفتح التطبيق ليقوم بالتقييم بنفسه اعتقد ان الفندق جميل ولا يتطلب كل هذا 2- رسوم مواقف السيارات وان كانت رمزية 3- الافطار متواضع 4- تجميد مبلغ كبير من البطاقة الائتمانية حتى يتم الخصم منه اذا استخدمت اي مدفوعات، لكني طلبت عدم تجميد اي مبلغ وسأدفع عند الحاجة ووافقوا

I stayed many times in Hilton Bakirkoy, but need to say, now I was totally disappointed with service, planning to try ot

Location is good for working trip

Servers: 1. Four times I needed to ask to fix water tab in room 210 for invalids, finally the workers find out the water is running when you put bathroom lights on. Nobody informed me at reception, usually it is always works. 2. My wife also four times asked the hair dryer in the room, two times by phone and two times from reception. I stayed many times in Hilton Bakirkoy, but need to say now I was totally disappointed,

Great location

Relax in the lobby was excellent,the view from our room on the water was amazing, especially with every morning type from dolphins. Location is also perfect, close to many restaurants.

Our room was not very clean, found water bottles, champagne bottle cap and sunflowers as well as dust, for a 5* hotel … For swimming in the pool we had to buy a 5€ cap. The AC in our room was far from ideal, with a setpoint at 17 degrees the room still did not cool down, ask the management who send a technician but our last night (from 5) it was still the same. We had to ventilate our room - door cracked open and the window open to lower the room temperature from 26 to a acceptable temperature.

الفندق راقي وهادي، مطل الغرفة رائع على بحر مرمرة، الغرفة واسعة ونظيفة والديكور ممتاز الخدمة ممتازة والموظفين متعاونين وجود مواقف في السرداب وخدمة صف السيارات

- اللونج لا يوفر وجبات خفيفة الا بأوقات محدودة وعند عودتنا لا توجد سوي المشروبات الغازية والعصاير - الدش يمتلئ بالماء - المواقف غير مجانية للنزلاء

من اسوء فنادق اسطنبول اسعاره مقابل الراحه زفت المواقف برسوم الموظفين نفسيه السرير سيئ يوجع الظهر الوسايد تجيب شلل غير مريحه ريحه المفارش مقرفه فكس المناشف مهترئة الافطار عادي جدا خدمه الغرف سيئة يزعجونك بالاتصال طلبات لغرف ثانيه بالغلط العزل صفر تسمع الي يكح بالغرفه الي جنبك ماحولك شي اذا ما معك سيارة تاكل هوى لا انصح به ابداااااا الحسنه الوحيدة منظر البحر فقط

Disappointed in Hilton

Location, sea view, security.

A/C did not work for almost half day. Power cut 3 times during my stay. Rug in room is old and hairy. Longest checkout process ever(2 visits/45 mins). 3 days no room services (called many times).Toiletries hardly replaced or replinished daily.

Best rooms I have ever had in my many stays in Istanbul

During my numerous stays in Istanbul, I have been lucky enough to stay in many different types of hotels. However, I must say that the room I had during my last stay (in this hotel) was one of the best. The service staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

موكيت الغرف يحتاج تجديد الشاهي غالب الوقت في الفطور بارد كنا متوقعين غرف متصلة لكن ما كانت متصلة الحمام وانتم بكرامة بدون شطاف لاونج الصالة التنفيذية لو يكون 24ساعة يكون افضل

Levent made me want to return to this hotel, I was not real happy about the notice of adding more money on the account f

The Breakfast was amazing, the room cleaning staff were very good and the hotel manager Levent Pamukcu was always very helpful.

Having a notice shoved under my door that I needed to address payment before checking out. The hotel was paid and I had 2 more days left before check out. I’m not going to run out during the night on them.

Room a good size and hotel near train station making it easy to get to the centre cheaply.

The room was a good size, with bath and separate shower, comfortable beds and a nice view of the Marmara sea. Rafet on reception was very helpful in lending us a travel card to charge. In fact all the staff were pleasant.

There wasn't much atmosphere in the bar and restaurant, but perhaps there weren't many guests staying at that time.

The location and view. The room was big and comfortable.

Jacuzzi was closed. The little swimming pool for kids was also closed. It would be great if they could have more activities for kids, like a park or mini club.

Лоша хигиена, в едната стая така и не сложиха душ гел. В сравнение с предходните ни настанявания в този хотел в момента всичко като паркинг, интернет, и др. е платено допълнително. Нивото е свалено в пъти, за сметка на високите цени. Едната сутрин чакахме 30 минути за да ни донесат омлета!
