Bed was too hard

Lovely two bed apartment, had a hair dryer iron and board in, very handy. There was a washing machine but no powder so we bought some and left it. Spacious with a balcony but it was in the shade all morning. Really nice restaurant less than 5 mins walk downhill called ‘Dos Leones’ amazing food!

The beds were too hard and squeaked!! My hips hurt and you could hear the bed creaking after you turned over. New mattress’ needed!! Quite a walk to the beach, about 30-35 mins mostly downhill but a bit up too. We had to get a taxi back.

GET A CAR IF BOOKING & WATCH FOR THE EXTRA CHARGES

Outdoor pool area was magnificent. very well kept and a real little haven of tranquillity. indoor pool very nice. Bathrooms very nicely done, particularly the ensuite. Nice balcony area for sitting out in the evening. Very quiet at night. kitchen well equipped including nespresso machine, toaster, kettle etc. wifi very good and smart tv to connect to Netflix which was a real bonus for the kids at night. variety of TV stations if you wanted (incl English stations)

NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE NOT DRIVING. Location miles from anywhere except residential. closest shop 20-25 mins walk downhill. walk back next to impossible even for the fittest amongst us. REPEAT: NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE NOT DRIVING, and should be advertised as such. Spent a fortune on taxis over the 10 days. so not worth it. Cleaning and linen extras amounted to over 50% extra on top of the initial price advertised. went from reasonably priced to more expensive than most places in better locations. Communication very poor before holiday and had to email a couple of days beforehand to get final details. smell of stale urine in the spare room. when we emailed the agent we were told that they spoke to both cleaners and there was no smell. said we should run the water for 10-15 mins and continue to air the apt for hours at a time. Unfortunately we were not there during the days and were not going to leave the windows open when not there. We were not going to wait around and waste our hols sitting around in the apt for hours with the windows open. The stale urine smell was still there when we were leaving. Some things need improving in the apartment, ripped curtains at the balcony door, wardrobe door missing. curtains and blinds not fitting in the main bedroom ( a room dividers there instead). double bed exceptionally uncomfortable and very short. I am only 6ft and my feet were hanging over the end of the bed ( could also do with head boards) Apt on opposite end of complex to pool area and not overlooking as one might think from the photos.
