مع الأسف الشديد لم احصل على الإفطار كما كان في الفتره الماضيه..حيث أخبرتني الموظفه. بالاعتدار عن إضافة الإفطار.. أرجو افادتي......تحياتي لكم

عدم وجود افطار مقابل السعر

We booked 2 normal suites and 2 apartments. The apartments were spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had a stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine - the only things missing were pots and pans. Cutlery to be requested from the kitchen. The normal suites were decently sized and nicely decorated as well. However, the bar fridge in the normal suite is quite tiny and there is only a kettle to use. Room service was very friendly.

The lifts were not the fastest and it could take awhile before catching one. With this, the stairs were not easily accessbile so you are sort of forced to take the lifts. No Bin Dawood or super market in the building so you have to buy groceries elsewhere and walk with it to the hotel.

Excellent service, very kind team at reception ( Maeesha) and concierge team.

Locked us out of room at 12pm check out time. Close distance to Haram and new extension, but far from main Entrances to Mataaf. Lack of shops and amenities around hotel

Property is super clean, so nice and close but it’s a little bit of climbing. So not a good choice for older people

Clean, staff is helpful. I thought the bridge to the haram is not open and always walked through the main area but later I realized it’s open

Depuis ma chambre je pouvais entendre le bruits des gens dans les couloirs, l'espace pour prendre le petit dej n'était pas bien organisé, je me sentais étouffée tellement il y avait du monde, il fallait faire la queue pendant au moins 15 minutes pour avoir une omelette le matin par manque de personnel.

Hotel bevindt zich op een berg. Zelfs gezonde mensen komen er met moeite vanuit de Haram. Niet zo dichtbij de Haram, als gedacht. Totaal af te raden voor mensen met rolstoelen. Kamers zijn klein. De ontbijt was goed, de avond eten was helaas niet het geld waard. Communicatie verliep slecht. De betaling zou plaats vinden in hotel, ze hebben de prijs verhoogd, tax! De deuren van de liften binnen gaan te snel open en dicht, dat je de lift mist. Soms moesten we lang wachten. Voor de prijs dat we betaald hebben is het verblijf bij Sheraton zeker niet waard.

The staff hospitality, especially the coffee club ground floor, has a nice coffee and desert. The staff were amazing at the caffe thanks to warmth welcoming by Reem Alamri and Abdulrahman Albukhari they are asset's to the company great job also I would like to thank housekeeper for the excellent care of our room made us feel comfortable and happy. We look forward to staying again at the same hotel in the near future inshallah.

When we arrived to check in at 10am knowing that check in opens at 16:00, we was greeted by Sarah at the reception desk, I would like to say she’s the most professional and kindest person we have ever come across, she noticed we was tired and had a long journey, she upgraded our room and gave us free breakfast for the time we stayed at the hotel. Honestly me and my wife could not believe the gesture and we are so thankful because it made the trip so memorable. Please pass out regards to Sarah. The hotel is 10minutes away from Masjid Haram and the hotel is immaculate and it’s clean and smells amazing. The staff are always so helpful.

الموقع نسبياً بعيد من المدخل الرئيسي للحرم ومطل على مرتفع ولا يصلح لكبار السن او العوائل. The hotel is away from HARAM main entrance and its located on uphill , which make it not suitable for elderly people and families.

اخلاق وتعامل الموظفين راقي جدا واخص بالذكر الاستاذ ثامر النفيعي والاستاذه جود المطرفي 👌🏼 والنظافه ماشاء الله في كل مكان وحسن الاستقبال وسرعه تلبيه الطلبات رائعين ياقروب الشيرتون بارك الله فيكم والى الامام 👍🏼

بوفية الافطار كان متكامل و رائع

كل شىء اعجبني من لحظة تسجيل الدخول وحتى تسجيل المغادرة الجميع يعمل على راحتك وارضاءك من الاستقبال الاستاذ حسن عراق وكل العاملين به اخدمة الغرف على واسلام و المطعم الاستاذ فارس والاصطاف كله المتميز في كل شىء الجميع يعمل على كيف يمكن استمتاعك بالمشاعر وترك اقامتك عليهم الوجوه جميعها يمللؤها الابتسامة الحقيقية رغم الضغوطات النظافة الفائقة وشكرا على حسن الاستقبال وكيكة اليوم الوطني

Parfait

Would not recommend this hotel at all. The service was extremely poor from the reception staff to the duty manager. Considering it is a Marriott hotel who host guests from all over the world, it’s absolutely appalling how they communicate with their guests.

It lists the location as being really close to the Al-Haram mosque! However that is a complete lie as it is a minimum 15 minute walk. The reason I booked the hotel was because online it says the hotels had a private access bridge connecting to the mosque, but this is not true at all. My mum has Mobility issues which meant she absolutely could not come back to the hotel from the mosque by walking as the hill is quite steep on which the hotel is located and so we had to go get a taxi to and back from the mosque each day. Absolutely disgusted with the hotel staffs response when I tried to ask them about the fact they had completely misinformation by stating online that they have a ‘private bridge’ to the mosque.

Just 5min walk to Makkah Bus station to Masjid Aishah at Tanaim fot miqad Umrah. Abdullah Muhammad the cleaner is excellent in doing his job.

The bridge in to new Haram mosque section is still close due to construction

I come back again to this hotel with family & friends .

Nothing everything is very good

Our stay at Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel was pleasant solely because the housekeeper, Saju Ahmed was so helpful. He was willing to reschedule the cleaning times based on our needs. He is so polite, willing to help and knows his job as well as how to treat his customers.

The lounge service is poor.
