Gostei de tudo, ótima localização, quarto atende ao que se propõe. A cozinha coletiva é muito boa e equipada.
Só não gostei muito da cama, o colchão não era bom.

The place was so clean and they maintained the facilities very well. The guys that take care of Puma House are very thorough and clean. All guests seemed to respect the facilities as well and would clean after themselves. You can rent gear here and leave your bag here when you're on the trek for free (if you stay at the hostel). The guys ask you to leave your gear on the bed in the morning you leave for the trek (usually you leave pretty early), and they put it in a safe place for you and give it back when you return. Showers and rooms are warm. Bathrooms are coed (there are two shower stalls and two toilets shared among all the rooms), but it's a smaller hostel for sure. Great lockers under the bed for your stuff otherwise.
There wasn't a lot of space to connect with other people in the hostel. The kitchen is small but is kind of the main area, but there are quiet hours and no other places to talk. People would get back from the trek pretty late and there would be others wanting to discuss the experience, but this was not possible. Even in our rooms, we had to be quiet since the walls are pretty thin (we could even hear another person snoring in their room.) Not the fault of the staff or anything, just something to note. Could be a plus or minus depending on who you are!

We had the private room with private bathroom. It was perfect. Very compact and efficient with enough space (don’t be mislead by the size mentioned on booking). Cozy ambience.
Kitchen is fully equipped. All joint areas really clean. So was our room upon arrival.
The owner was very friendly. We got a warm welcome. He was helpful. We felt welcome and appreciated.
Price was charged in usd so no unexpected strange exchange rates.
Lots of free parking space in front.
Mini market next door. Laundry around the corner. Lots of restaurants etc on walking distance. Area is very safe.
Highly recommend this place!!
Nothing. It was great

The rooms are super cosy, the staff is really friendly and helpful. There is a silent time from 10pm which is great considering that evryone wakes up early to go to treks. Also the Hostel is convieniently located bewteen the center and the bus terminal. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

Ah, Adorei poder usar o secador do local.

Jose was a great host with a good sense of humour. The room was warm cosy with easily accessible charging ports.
The bathroom was freezing compared to the rest of the room, so getting out of the shower was unpleasant.

We stayed here in April in a private room, both ends of doing the W Trek in Torres de Pines. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. It's placed in the centre of town so has easy access to shops and is about 15mins from the bus station but it is very quiet. Would definitely recommend staying there and would do so again.
Nothing not to like.

Very tidy and clean hostel that’s nicely decorated.
Smaller hostel with central kitchen which was good for socialising.
Good storage under bed for bags
Could easily book a tour to Torres del Paine for the next day.
The top bunk is very close to the ceiling and there’s no privacy curtains
Wifi was unreliable

Good located in town
Nice guy at the reception who helped us to get a guide on short notice
Room was very cozy and clean
Clean bathroom with warm/hot water, good pressure
Small hostel with nice other travellers, nice atmosphere
English speaking staff
Improvements: trash can in the dorm would be useful, breakfast would be highly appreciated, sharp knifes in the kitchen :)

Juan was excellent. He looked after us well. We opted for a private room with ensuite - it was cosy and clea,n and had everything we needed. We liked the small hostel vibes and met some great people. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the town centre.

Very cozy and well decorated.
We had to check our by 10 but nobody was at the reception so we didn't know if they could keep our bags for few hours or not. The kitchen could be kept cleaner. The duvet could be warmer.

Super cozy, nice staff members - socially open vibes during the day but quiet during the night - was perfect for me :)

Comfy beds, good kitchen, proper showers, lockers. Rented a hiking stove from the hostel and got good instructions on how to use it.
Rooms are a bit small. I got an allergic reaction / bites of some kind during my stays (but I was the only one it seems.)

- very comfortable stay!
- super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable hosts
- amazing handmade furniture
- great facilities, including kitted out kitchen and cosy lounge
- if I was to be very picky I would say that the shower pressure could be looked at to help clean every inch of muck off all of us hikers!

This hostel is very cosy and has a great atmosphere for travelling solo exploring the nearby Torres Del Paine. The place was renovated by Juan using recycled pallets from the salmon industry; the rustic wooden interior has so much charm. Juan and Nadia are genuine, good souls. Juan speaks very excellent English and Nadia speaks French. Each bed has a decent charging station and LED light which makes a big difference for those pre-hike wake up calls. The bedding is the nicest I’ve experienced in a hostel. Your bed will be made every day which is such a treat to come back to. You will also find decent luggage storage beneath the beds which you can attach your lock to. There is a mini market next door, a fruit shop, laundry and vegan cafe all within 200m around a peaceful plaza. The bicycles are Specialized and Trek brands should you need to rent a quality mountain bike to explore the area like I did. Gracias por todo!

Everything was perfect. We had a private room, which was cozy and comfortable. The staff was very friyand helpful and the kitchen area was clean and convenient. The location was also very nice with many dining and shopping options nearby. All that for a great rate! I would definitely stay here again!
