Superb location for a motorbike holiday with fantastic roads & passes nearby. A real biker friendly hotel & highly recommended. Bit quiet in the evening & would benefit from some entertainment as there is none in the village. All in all superb with a special mention to Natasha who was so friendly & helpful.
Very quiet.

Nice room with a lot of space.
No air condition, breakfast really poor and missing the vegetables. Hard to find a parking place evening.

The rooms were quite nice and clean and we had no issues during our stay. There is a train station nearby and parking in front of the hotel.
The breakfast was rather basic, with various spreads packaged in little plastic containers, croissants, buns, eggs, and granola, as well as coffee and juice.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good. The room is big and the tv can be connected so we could use our Netflix account and other plateform.
Walls are thin so we could hear the neighbors (like actually understand every single word they were saying). Could not sleep well because of the snoring like a bear neighbor. Had to sleep on the sofa downstairs.

Lovely!

conveniently located
the room we stayed was cold because the heater was so small. The breakfast was not monitored very well and there was no toaster machine.

A great biker friendly hotel with a decent restaurant and a late bar. The staff were excellent.
The location couldn’t be better right in the corner at the beginning of the Sustan Pass.

I think this place is for bikers, we stayed for one night (family of 3) if you need to stay for one night it's a good place but in general don't know what to do there.

Great location. Nice food at restaurant. Our room had two floors and the view from the window was great. Loads of activities around the hotel and it is just next to the train station.
The restaurant had lots of flies. Not sure what could be done, but it was a bit annoying!

I liked that the room had a sofa because that's what I ended up sleeping on. The waitresses were very good.
The room I got had bed and bathroom on separate levels, separated by a very steep open staircase with handrail. The sleeping area in the mezzanine part was of course very much hotter than the lower sitting area, and the velux roof window was closed, trapping all the hot air in - it felt like a Sauna. Hot air rises, so if it had been left open the room might have been bearable. As it was it was impossible to sleep in one of the two single beds in the double room.
The pillow was like most Swiss pillows, enormous and terribly uncomfortable. Luckily the sofa had some smaller cushions which I could use instead. Like many my age I need to use the bathroom frequently during the night, and having to climb down precipitous stairs, half asleep and with bad balance woke me so much it takes half an hour each time to get back to sleep and longer in a sauna. Thank goodness for the sofa.
Sleeping on the sofa, with no covers because it was so hot, and with the roof window open it was possible to sleep - but then I heard the church bells. Every 15 minutes. I turned so only my deaf ear heard them and then they were no problem.
The worst part of the entire stay though, was the old woman on reception. In Switzerland traders and hoteliers are not supposed to take your bankcard from you, but to offer you the machine to slot it in or tap it yourself. It's also the polite way to do things - and the safer way in these times where Covid lies around every corner. However, the old woman snatched it from me roughly, and even though I complained giving her the option of offering me to take the card out myself, she purposefully took it out herself again, leaving greasy fingermarks on it. Unhygienic! Impolite!
At least the restaurant staff were helpful and kind, and the food was good. The restaurant itself was plagued by flies. When I used the restaurant toilets I was not surprised there were so many because the smell of urine was overpowering. Not up to Swiss standards.
