It was only about the food that wasn't so amusing. Rest everything was exceptionally beautiful

The breakfast was good. Loved the location and it was super cool to stay there. The room was beautiful.

Food not that good. No Early check-in on request with a baby.

Not happy with my stay

The food was really good.

Reception staff were rude, no table and chairs in the room for dining, no refrigerator in room, white towels were dirty and appeared grey, inadequate basic amenities in the room, no lift in building thus no access for baby prams or wheel chairs.

Good comfortable can be more comfortable

Breakfast was Excellent, Room was Clean,

all good but swimming pool was not available on second day. Other options without swimming pool were available at less cost. In side the room table chair should be there with this cost

It is okay stay and not that value for money.

Room is good and spacious. Food is nice.

Toilets are not that clean. Bedsheets are dirty and torn. Slow service in restaurant. Parking issue when it is weekend or long weekend.

The cost to experience ratio is back.. In room facilities are way below average. No bathroom kit.. It you want. You need to pay extra. Only one water bottom per room per day for 2 people The cups and glass were all having dust on it.. No cleanliness Breakfast: only one option that too average taste

it was a amazing stay, with all desired needs what we expected.. staff were very supportive, Dilip named staff cooperative in all senses, and other staff too were very good. Most recommended stay from my end, nice family stay.. thanks for our desired expectations.

Best budget stay

Rooms were near and clean

Food... Mainly the breakfast was not up to the mark. Only two options that too was not available and needed to wait for almost half n hour for poha...

Misleading images and rates

The only good thing was the tea!

The resort is not what is projected through wide angle pictures. It's very small. All rooms face the pool which is really tiny and just about 5ft. The property is right on the main road leading to Mahabaleshwar. We booked at peak rates only to get rooms that were adjacent to a room that was being renovated with constant drilling noise and hammering. It was really distressing. There was no toothpaste or toiletries provided. Do not expect trained staff to serve you! The food quality is average... Please eat out in the market.... Suggesting Restaurants opp the bus stand in the main market.... The complimentary breakfast buffet included only paratha and upma, watermelon and tea with bread slices, one type of jam and butter. The reception area needs better staff. The toilet at the games room is in a horrible state... Do not ever use it!

It's ok to live but not value for money.

Breakfast recipes were limited & had no choice. However they had kids play area which was like ok, I could manage to keep my child Happy with Gaming zone area.

Overall the stay was satisfactory

The room was quite nice (for us its Superior Room) and spacious. Location near to main road was also convenient. Staff was polite and well trained. The breakfast had limited menu but was adequate though a bit spicy on certain dishes. Quality of food overall was good.

The WiFi was quite bad with frequent disconnections and needed to login multiple times. It is expected that in today's world a hotel like JP Cottages which is not a budget hotel should have good WiFi. Nobody should try to manage office work while staying connected to this WiFi. There were limited options for food even though the menu had all options. The availability of dishes mentioned in the menu was a challenge.

Bad

The hotel cancelled the booking without informing. When contacted they gave lame excuses like phone no and enail ids were wrongly entered in their record etc whereas earlier I got a mail in the same id.

I loved the food, the room and the view

We were forced to use only one local cab driver because they have an exclusive contract with the local taxi owner for all requests coming in from guests that do not have their own cars
