Matteo offers a great accomodation with nearby parking, easy access to the old town, and a convenient ordering system for breakfast. The room was very clean and had a small garden with two chairs and a table where we typically ate our breakfast. The rooms have individual AC units that you can control, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.
There is parking in the nearby underground lot for the Arsenale. While somewhat expensive (20EUR/day) it is very convenient and also secure (you can only access the garage via your parking ticket).
Breakfast is via an online ordering system for things like bread, cheese, ham, etc., but there is also a small communal area with a couple fridges, toaster, cereals, and more. One fridge has freely available yogurts, milk, and butter, whereas the other one has drinks to purchase (beer, soda).
Matteo himself is very friendly and willing to help in any way - recommendations on food, tours, additional items for breakfast (eggs).

Ciò che ci è piaciuto di più della struttura è sicuramente la posizione; ma si nota molto anche la pulizia, la cura nei dettagli e l’interesse da parte dello staff nel far sentire a casa gli ospiti!

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, il B&B è molto accogliente e sia la sala colazioni che la camera, con anche un piccolo giardinetto privato, sono perfette. Si vede che Matteo tiene molto al suo B&B che cura con molta attenzione e amore, molto apprezzata anche l'atmosfera natalizia che si respirava per il periodo, sicuramente torneremo.

Tutto ottimo e super organizzato. Registrazione, gestione di apertura porte ed ordine della colazione online comodissimo (ci sono comunque le chiavi). Camera pulita e spaziosa con un piccolo spazio esterno. Posizione comodissima per arrivare in centro (5 minuti a piedi). Comodo anche il parcheggio silos (pagamento a parte) a 30 Mt dall'ingresso del b&b
Forse la mancanza del bidè nel bagno ma comunque presente la doccietta (questione di abitudine) almeno nella nostra camera

Matteo - unser Gastgeber - war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation vorab über WhatsApp.
Das Apartment ist schön und ruhig gelegen. Ein Parkhaus ist direkt in der Nähe (20 Euro pro Tag).
Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Unser Hund war auch willkommen. Es war perfekt!

Det var rent og fint rom, perfekt beliggenhet i rolig området, med kun 5 min å gå til sentrum. Verten var veldig hyggelig. Rommet ble ryddet og fikset hver dag av personalet. Bra internett, inkludert frokost og smarte løsninger for betjening av låser på dører ved hjelp av telefon.

La camera era pulita, spaziosa, molto confortevole. Il bagno con una doccia grande, il legno molto comodo.

This was in a perfect positioned for a small walk into the city, the bonus being a nice little bar area on the way for a cheeky drink and a pleasant walk across one of the most famous bridges in the city.
To be honest l can not fault this stay it was perfect and thankfully it had great air conditioning as the city was so hot.

Everything was more than expected. You have whatever you need- some snacks and drinks, cosmetics, towels, underground parking 20m from the appartment. Place with special positive vibe which you need on holiday.

Great location 10 mins walk to centre, active communication from the owner Mateo via WhatsApp with great advice on where to go, what to do etc. Accommodated my luggage storage and early check in. Free Netflix in the room! Super clean room, easy to order breakfast online and shows up outside your room in the morning! If I return to Verona, I'll stay here again!
It rained on both days so I couldn't enjoy the garden but that's not the properties fault

possibility to open the doors keyless is a nice to have, The Host is also very kind and offered his recommendations
Breakfast could offer more. There are so many great pasticcerias and butcheries around with very good sweet and savoury items, no need to offer just normal cooked ham and toast

wonderful stay. super communication and prompt responses, close to covered public parking, pleasant walk to center of town. very considerate of dietary restrictions, offering gluten free and dairy free breakfast options. good air con. good water pressure.

Very nice rooms close to the center of Verona. Very friendly owner. Everything worked out well - parking is close by, you can order some extra breakfast in the evening that will be brought to you in the morning.

I had a fantastic stay here. Comfortable and clean room, excellent breakfast and great communication from Matteo. Perfect location - in a quiet area but only a quick walk across the bridge or along the river to the historic centre and key sites.

The place is really amazing! Highly recommended!!! The room was clean, comfortable and cozy! By the way is was really big as for 2 people! There are a small place near the balcony to drink some coffe outside. The breakfast was really nice - there were many positions just to choose in the fridge - not only croussants as it usually you can find in italian hotels!))) Respect for owners and staff! Also there are a very safe parking just in front of the hotel - the price is good and it is covered!

Matteo was excellent communicator and the check in process is automated and virtual. Upload docs and get smartphone access to the gate and doors. AC was wonderful, bed was comfortable and room was clean. You order breakfast the night before on the app and they drop off fresh croissants and meat and cheese as a bagged breakfast in the am. Location is very quiet and short walk across an historic bridge into the city. He has thought of it all- even free Netflix in the room. We just stayed one night and he accommodated an early checkin.

everything was perfect. check in so Easy. Room so tasteful , splitted area also very cosy. breakfast nice and fun. area so cute to fall in love with. host very easy to communicate with, he extended our check out one hour so we had a smoother check out, could leave our luggage to go a last trip to juliettes balcony.
