It had a recliner, though it wasn't very comfortable to sleep in. The view was less than exceptional, though the windows looking toward the ocean were great. The location is very nice for a dog to access and play in.

(1) The address numbers on the house are nearly unreadable (making it difficult to find), (2) stairs from entry to main level are narrow & steep (difficult for an older person to climb), (3) downstairs shower is quite small, (4) path to the ocean is longer than I expected & difficult for an old person with arthritis in his back to negotiate, (5) the house tends to get quite warm during the afternoon when the sun is out (difficult to cool).

Location

Very expensive ($700+) for the quality of the (one night) stay. I messaged this property to get early check in to allow my girlfriend a place to change prior to a wedding; no response. Uncomfortable beds, very hot / lack of ventilation, musty towels.

The house was set up great for us and our dog. Liked that it was just a short walk on a trail over the dune in front of the house to the beach. Also there were additional beach access along the road near the house. Great view from the living room area.

View was amazing. 2 separate sleeping/bathroom areas upstairs downstairs gave plenty of privacy. Would stay here again just based on location alone.

The house is dated but comfortable. Quite Small kitchen.. No wi-fi which caused issue for our college aged son who needed to do homework.
