Location a bit under developed and far from centre (15mins walk)
Living/kitchen area combined and very tight.
Ground floor, so a bit dark.
Missing some important kitchen items (eg tongs, strainer..)

The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the city center.
The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean, and well laid out.
The parking was awesome, a large assigned space in a nice underground garage with elevator access from the garage to the apartment floor corridor. It could not have been any easier.
Highly recommended as the perfect place in Novi Sad.

Location was great to get to the city centre. Private parking a bonus.
Our room was a little small, especially bathroom but good enough for a short stay.

Bella apartment is beautiful!! It has everything you need for your stay and the host is very welcoming and helpful. View from all the rooms is great. Quiet mornings on the balcony overlooking the city definitely makes your day! We hope we will come again soon.

The apartment is new and very clean, the host was friendly and helpful. The location is great, 10 min from city centre.

Cute, cozy comfy apartment with balcony overlooking courtyard parking spaces. Super responsive host when plumbing issue arose. Also close to Svilara Culture Station so there’s lots of cool events going on (it’s part of Novi Sad’s designation as a “EU Capital of Culture”). No oven or microwave, but they quickly provided a toaster when we asked.

Very close to the city centre. Very comfortable, spacious. Bright with a lot of light. Good equipment.

Before our arrival the host notified us that there was a technical issue with the apartment and upgraded us to one of his other apartments which was bigger and was similarly close to the city center.
The new apartment was big and was decorated beautifully. We had a very pleasant stay and the host was very nice.

Everything was very good.
The main problem with this apartment was the outside construction work at the street front of the building.
You can’t use the balcony and if you open the windows is noise and dusty .
I hope that they will finish the renovation soon and next customers will enjoy the stay at this property.
