A great location in close proximity to the station. Very clean and comfortable and even provides free Netflix. Our host was super friendly and even notified us that we could check in early which was really appreciated.

The property is really clean and comfortable. Quite spacious when I compare across the places I stayed in Japan. I wished I stayed here abit longer. Thanks for the Netflix but we did not have much time to watch. ;)

The apartment was spacious, well-kept and was easily accessible from the train station (about 10 minutes’ walk at moderate pace)

We would have loved to have a third bed (family of three) but there were only two beds. Granted, extra mattresses and pillows were provided. It’s not a big issue.

The summer bedding was comfortable

Location was great . Having the balcony was great. Our host was available when ever we needed him via messages. The laundry facilities were a great bonus. The apartment is a good size with table chairs and a lounge. The separate bedroom was good to have.

The only thing missing was a lift.

If you want a spacious, clean flat in Nagano and you are travelling light enough to manage the short flight of stairs (no problem for us!), don’t hesitate to come here. The host was super friendly and helpful and stayed in touch before and during our stay. Would not hesitate to use this accommodation again.

Everything is good apart from walk up 5th floor with bagage is really a problem for family with kids

Great location and very clean. Nice setup for a family of 4. Parking available nearby for a tiny fee, but it’s also a short walk to Nagano station. A comfortable space with thoughtful amenities. Even had Netflix. Very quiet! Would definitely stay again.

Was counting on being able to do laundry, but no machines were available as promised in our unit.

overall good experience and easy check-in / out procedure. adequate facility.

Spacious apartment, near JR Station

Location is perfect. The flat was very clean and very comfortable. That fact it had a sofa and netflix was super welcomed addition. Easy access to loads of resturants, supermarkets, etc. Importantly for us, there is also a fit24 gym nearby (7 min walks), which we could access using daily passes. The staff are very responsive and super helpful. If we visit nagano again we'd certainly stay here.

STAIRS!! They don't have elevator.. Me,with 3 big suitcases are challenge 😅 and remember, their check out time at 11am

No elevator

Yamaguchi was very nice upon arriving, even helping us take bags up to our room. The size was perfect for four and the facilities fit what we needed. The shower was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

A lock on the toilet door could help multiple people use the bathroom at the same time.

Very good apartment, comfortable, well equipped and close to station in Nagano. Separate bedroom with two single beds, plus extra sleeping mattresses and bedding for use on the floor. Well-equipped small kitchen had everything we needed.

Location on 4th floor and no lift meant a lot of stairs up and down. Heater controls in Japanese and diagram in info folder did not match, so heater control was trial and error, and sometimes didn't work well in 1C outside temperatures.

I like that the space is clean and really comfortable. We able to enjoy watching Netflix at night and the space is also quite spacious.

I wish it have lift but it was fine because we our room was on the 2nd floor.
