Great location and good value price.
Place is quite basic. Only one bathroom.

Good location opposite the beach. It’s an old property but not too bad for the price.
Noisy to walk around in with kids. No internet was a bummer.

Location was brilliant. Everything was well set out on arrival. Owner was very accommodating

Great location, right next to the beach and a coffee shop/takeaway!
Doors could use some loving.

Was in a great location. Also, the little Takeaway shop next-door was very handy. They do a lovely breakfast. we absolutely loved the property.
An exhaust fan would be good in the bathroom due to condensation.

Plenty of room for a large family. Very close to all the Yeppoon facilities. Having a great cafe next door is ideal for breakfast. Fantastic beach right across the road. Air-conditioned.
A bit of traffic noise from proximity to main road didn't interrupt sleep. Basic facilities but worked OK. Really noisy air-conditioning in one bedroom. No soap or plug for bathroom basin. Shower curtain.

Beautiful old beach house, well looked after - Everything was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Beds were 10/10 comfortable, nice big towels, air-conditioning was great. Loved the location, coffee shop right next door was really handy and right across the road from off leash dog beach was an added bonus. We loved this stay as a couple but there was ample room for a family to enjoy.
Hard to complain however the side gate wouldn't close and our dog did get out while we were away which was a bit scary so close to the road

Location to the beach is fantastic, roomy house for a family, airconditioned, able to cook for yourselves and having a fenced yard is awesome. Owners have made some great changes.
A few more cooking utensils and a new frypan would be great but not a negative.

- It's a good budget option.
- Spacious.
- Clean.
- Beds are comfortable.
- Close to beach.
- Great shower.
- Some windows nailed shut. One is broken.
- Blinds inadequate or broken.
- Floor has gaps & feels unsafe in places.
-Back door screen doesn't lock or close properly.
- Ants in kitchen.
- Owner forgot about our booking & I had to call. Was polite to me but was completely unaware of our arrival even though booking confirmed & I was embarrassed as I had to explain our booking. If he hadn't answered we wouldn't have been able to access property as cafe next door that helps manage is closed by 2pm. No further communication entire stay. No-one checked we'd gotten in ok & no check out info given.

The beach was right across the road and there was a takeaway bar and Sophie's Cafe right next door. Very close to everything. Would suit a family as it had plenty of space.
It was pet friendly, so was great for us travelling with our little shih tzu.
The beds were comfy and the couch.
Had airconditioning and fans.
This is a very old property which could probably do with a bit of a tidy up. The curtains are very old and the timber blinds. We were a bit afraid to open the windows just in case the window furnishings fell apart. There were gaps in the floor boards in one of the bedrooms so you could see through them which worried me a bit for insects etc. They did have an ant problem.

Plenty of room for our family, the quaint beach shack was nicely presented and clean.
Our only problems were due to the wet weather - ants were coming into the house.
