Apartment took a long time to air, smelt very musty. No welcome pack. No WiFi instructions, I had to contact the booking agency to receive the password.

We had a great time, and The Grove did everything we needed it to, might try another apartment next time but would use a
The location is really handy for the city, it’s a bit hilly if you have disabilities.
Parking is quite awkward for Apartments 3 and 4; plenty of room for 1ams 2. The flooring squeaks really badly.

Exceptional
Spacious, pristine clean and furnished beautifully. Perfect for visiting the city on business. Sky Tv was a bonus and loved feeling like in a rural area but being so close to the city. The squirrels were fascinating to watch. Toast Lettings were great from the moment I booked and I’ll definitely book again when working in Durham.
