Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 202 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious 2nd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! Vacation rental 202 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Panel Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and North America calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 202 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as 6 beach towels. The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in. Maximum occupancy: 4 . It is a Smoke -Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats. CHECK-IN STARTS AT 4PM..........(regardless of what it may state -OUT BY 10AM

Very relaxed vacation, check in process was very smooth, accommodations were very clean. Location was amazing for both me and my boys, literally steps from the beach. The sunsets will forever be engraved in our memories!

Beautiful location, enjoyed the peace and quiet. Building is easily accessible and I like the locked stairways. The pool and beach were fantastic! Our unit was a great layout and nicely equipped. A few of the small appliances Ned replacing otherwise it was fantastic! Really comfy bed too!

Excellent property in a great location with a beach view. Very well maintained unit. Had everything we needed. JC Resort staff very friendly and helpful. Were there for 3 weeks and loved our stay.

Excellent view of ocean. Passing dauphins were a delight. Walking distance to 3 or 4 good restaurants. Private parking and the beach is spotless. The condo is well maintained, clean and modern. Hopefully we are back in the not too distant future.

This is my second year and I’m already looking forward to next year. JC Resorts property management pulls out all the stops to accommodate. I had to make a couple of different changes, and they were happy to help! The property is kept clean, we even interacted with the maintenance guy who is so nice! I will definitely be back and I look forward to my annual visit and JC Resorts makes it so enjoyable

So close to the water! Our second time at HH. We love how short the walk is to the water. We would have liked this unit to have a beach umbrella for us to use. There were beach chairs and plenty of dishes if you cooked. Would definitely return!

Overall it’s a great Condo to stay in and would for sure stay there again. The one issue we had with the shower was worked on and the staff kept us in the loop with the updates and completely fixed the problem. Thank you for your attentiveness to your guests!

Great vacation!
We were going to be late checking in, so we called, spoke with a super friendly woman, who sent us an email with instructions - super easy checkin and super friendly/helpful employees. We were beyond pleased with the condo, it was clean and pretty/up to date. We had a great time and no issues at all. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Overall we were alright with the rental at Hamilton House 202 but we would definitely recommend they do a few things to make the unit better. The unit could have been cleaned better but I always bring cleaning supplies to go over everything, so I did that when we arrived. I think they just need someone that focuses on details, for example the door to the condo was not locked when we arrived, just an oversight, I’m sure. I informed the rental company of this and that the condo wasn’t very clean and she apologized and said my manager will be in touch; I never heard from anyone. The master bedroom mattress pad needs to be replaced due to foul odor. I washed a comforter that was in one of the closets to cover it and that helped. We also had trouble sleeping due the noise from upstairs, ear plugs are a must! Honestly, I’m not sure if we would stay here again.

We had an awesome vacation experience with our rental. The place was clean, the view was amazing, and our time there was great ( albeit went by WAY to fast). If you love ocean view, warm clear ocean water, and lots of sunshine this place is for you, except for the week I rent it again lol.

The unit was in a good location. There are items which would have made the stay more enjoyable. With the exception of the bathroom mirrors there are none. The main shower floor needs a thorough cleaning. The grout was encased with dirt and what appeared to be mold. More attention to cleaning in between renters is needed. Ceiling fans would be useful, especially on the balcony.

Our first experience at Hamilton House. The unit 202 was not very well equipped. No towel bars or hooks in the bathroom & no toilet paper dispensers & no pots with lids. The ladies at the office were always ready to help us out. The building itself needs more lighting on the outside, keypads on the doors should be mandatory as having to drive back & forth for keys was an inconvenience. Path to the beach was overgrown & a safety hazard. Construction above us in 302 went on for 12 days which really upset our stay. We were unable to have a conversation inside or on the balcony. Many days it went on for 12 hours. There should be better communication between owners to avoid this. The views were lovely & location good.

Our fourth year at Hamilton House @ Indian Rocks Beach. Love the convenience to wonderful restaurants...several, within walking distance. HH is a smaller building right on the beach and the pool is also beachfront. We’ve stayed in one of the three bedroom units, but they are on side of building, and view of beach is slim to none. The two bedroom ocean front units have million dollar views. Units are always clean and well equipped with the necessities, including washer, dryer. If you encounter issues, the staff at JC resorts work very hard to rectify the issue. We have already rebooked for 2022!

Nice condo and a great location
Everything was very much as advertised. The condo was clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The location is very convenient for short walks to get most anything you needed. Our only recommendation would be keyless entry to the condo so we wouldn’t have to take keys to the beach. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
