Fantastic facilities and staff that went out of their way to make the stay excellent - location, food, drink quality and service all fantastic. Good hotel and great beach club. Easy taxi or water taxi to town and direct access to the sea. Quiet location at night for a peaceful sleep.

Superb hotel with easy ferry to the town centre. Amazing food and staff. Owner very helpful.

The room was gorgeous and very spacious. The platform over the sea was a wonderful place to relax and swim. Superb breakfast and lovely staff. Great to be able to get the boat from nearby into town.

A piece of heaven - recommend 1000%

The whole stay was amazing from beginning to end! It far exceeded expectations. The location and views are beautiful. You have direct access to the turquoise ocean and only need to jump in to enjoy a breathtaking experience - pure bliss. The breakfast is freshly made and really tasty, the rooms and installations are new, clean and comfortable and the best part is the staff: Nijat, Tekin, Hamza, Bulut and Gamze looked after us at all times, from breakfast, to ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the day, always friendly, kind and with a smile. Kudos to Yavuz for such a beautiful hotel with an amazing team - really makes the difference! We will be recommending this place to friends and family, and can't wait to be back!

WIFI isn't aways the strongest, but when on holidays it's always good to disconnect ;)

Amazing Turkish Breakfast. Anything you needed the manager provided and the employees did everything that you wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Really nice room. Immaculately cleaned and presented.

Exceptional

Brand new hotel, everything pristine clean. Super comfortable rooms with the spacious ensuite washrooms. We were lucky to stay in a room with a beautiful sea view. Hotel offers a very interesting layout with a restaurant, cozy chilling area to enjoy some drinks, pool on a cliff from where you can jump in refreshing sea waters. Loved the stay, very nice place to be.

Overrated and pricey

The location is scenic so we were ok with it being very far from other locations. The staff seems nice and responsive.

We were served mouldy cheese during breakfast that could only start at 10am. This location is quite far off from the main attractions so starting at 10am seems a little weird. *Yavuz replied that the breakfast starts at 9am. This was not communicated to us at all. when we reached there at 10am during breakfast, the other guests did not even come down at 10am. I believe they were informed the same information about the breakfast timing. When communicated via the booking.com helpline, we were not informed of this at all. The only stay in turkey where the pool was not available though it has the highest temperature as compared to other states. even if it is not available, it looks extremely unpleasant. *Yavuz replied that we did not check the hotel information but I did saw that the info was that "the pool can be use in November" if I missed out on this information then it is my bad but till now I did not see it* Our most expensive stay yet there was no room service. The room was not packed the second day. There was no phone to reach them either. *yavuz replied that we requested the room not to be cleaned. This is a huge lie. Appreciate if you could apologise for accusing me instead* the breakfast was lacking in quality and definitely quantity. The balcony door and toilet door malfunctioned. Cold air could come in middle of the night. The beach access was run down with protruding gi pipes that hurt one of us. The hair dryer was filled with hair so we dare not use it. *dear yavuz, i do not appreciate your over-defensiveness on the cleanliness as my review is nothing but the truth. out of the 8 reviews i give on booking.com, 6 receive 10/10 and 1 receive 9/10. i believe we are greatly neglected when you are not around and i hope that you take this opportunity to improve on the service instead of accusing us of the things we did not say/do* sadly, too many tiny things not taken care off for a scenic location.

I have no issues it was a nice location taxi into Kalkan cost £3.00 each way so no troubles getting into town where an enormous amount of restaurants to choose from.

comfortable, pleasant and good value

very nice location and closeness to the sea. scenery is amazing, just be aware it’s a bit of a hike to the attraction area of Kalkan - but if you have a car it’s a 7 min drive.

basic, clean, comfortable- flood bathrooms and showers. staff is nice and accommodating- they speak adequate english.

We loved the size and location of the hotel. Yavuz and his staff were excellent; friendly and helpful. The beach club and hotel are both great value for money. it was perfect for me and my 3 teenagers, we would definitely go back.

GreenBeach is perfectly located with stunning views. The hotel is great and the rooftop room with the pool is beautiful. The owner Yavuz and his entire team went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food is fab, the access to water sports is great and the water taxi over to the centre of Kalkan is so easy to use. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awesome hotel

Location, breakfast, proximity to the beach, comfortable room and very comfortable bed. The staff were amazing We liked everything about Greenbeach.

The host and staff were excellent. I could not fault anything. We were looked after so well. Initially we had planned a few days stay, but when we got there we quickly extended our stay. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous small hotel with great service and stunning location.

Lovely small hotel set in a fabulous location. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and service was exceptional. Our rooms were very comfortable and the small balcony pool and stunning views ensured we spent time in the room as well as by the main pool. The clear sea was warm to swim in and whilst there was a sea sports centre next to the hotel it wasn’t too noisy and was nice to watch the boats coming and going. Hired some jet skis and also went parasailing to see the stunning views of the bay from above. There is a water taxi which runs from the main town to just next to the hotel but taxis are also easy to book through the hotel and the journey is short and not expensive. Overall a wonderful place to stay and would thoroughly recommend. The breakfasts are vast with a lot of choice and all the bar food was delicious and great value for money.

Truly enjoyed whole stay. Staff is amazingly helpful. Yavuz is great host and manager provided support at all times. Fatosh, cleaning lady, was absolutely great.. Chef was offering superior quality meal. All personnel, without any exceptions, was kind of very supportive team. Safe and pleasant airport transfer. We will come back and recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

Great place and friendly staff

Our stay was amazing, first off all this hotel has the best location, private entrance to the sea and a beautiful view point. Breakfasts were tasty. The room was clean and with an amazing sea view. The last and the most important, the staff was friendly and very nice to us. Thank you so much, we truly enjoyed our stay in Greenbeach hotel.

Great panoramic hotel with private beach

Excelent big white modern room. Huge panoramic windows which makes you feel like you are already at the beach with great sea view. Location is good for chilling (calm and no crowd). Hotel is located right in front of own private Green Beach. To the Center 3 minutes by car. Breakfast is good. Staff were friendly and supported with every request. Thanks a lot!

Problems with hot water in our room. Some equipment in bathroom was fixed after we came (not checked and fixed before). A bit noisy bed. I am not a fan of transparent glass wall-door to bathroom) but advantage of that is you can see the sea even during taking a shower )
