Boa localização, mas precisa atenção na limpeza e manutenção!

A localização é excelente, o apartamento é amplo, bem iluminado e bem ventilado. Tem uma excelente casa de banho. Possui uma cozinha ampla e razoavelmente bem equipada.

A limpeza é péssima! O microondas e os utensílios estavam muito sujos. O ar-condicionado estava com os filtros completamente tomados por poeria e mal conseguiam esfriar os ambientes. O exaustor da cozinha escorria óleo. As portas do quarto e do banheiro estavam empenadas e era difícil de fechar e abrir e a fechadura do sanitário estava quebrada correndo o risco de alguém ficar preso lá dentro. Lençol de cama com mancha. Realmente em questão de limpeza a nota é zero!

great location can reach everything by walking.

taxi won’t reach there sometimes with slight issue by loading luggage if you travel with heavily luggage

The landlord helped us bringing the luggage upstairs, big thank you for that! Great great location and the flat is spacious and really comfortable. All messages were replied in less than 15 minutes, super useful.

Perfect base to see the delights of Aix.

location. see Aix and pop back anytime with your shopping or a break. spacious and well equipped

A reading light in the bedroom would be good. No worries I just used the lamp in the lounge

Well equipped apartment in the heard of Aix

The flat is located in the heart of the old town! The flat is big enough for 4 people, clean and well equipped (including air con) Check in and check out were very quick, so perfect!

Overall nothing negative to add but some points for the travellers to consider Can be noisy at night but that's the downside of being located in the center. Parking in Aix is expensive therefore plan a budget for parking: 25 EUR per night at Rotonde
