We absolutely adored this location. The mountain views and the sound of the Shoshone River right outside the sliding doors of my bedroom were breathtaking. The house was so cozy, we never wanted to leave!!! It was stocked with every type of cooking utensils that you will ever need. The hide-a-bed that my daughter slept on was very comfortable and so was my bed in the bedroom. The location was perfect as we were just a mile from the downtown area of Cody. Cody is an awesome town as well as all the people I met. Wyoming is one of the most beautiful states you could ever see. I am planning to return and rent this cozy home again. You will feel like you are home, just with mountain views. I give it 5 stars.

This is a nice place to stay with a good view of the river. It is not far from town and everything that Cody has to offer. The only issue we had using our GPS was finding our way to the property. Plenty of kitchen utensils. There were a couple of small coolers that we utilized on a day trip to Yellowstone. Management was very friendly, responsive, and easy to work with.

The kitchen had every amenity we wanted. The unit was roomy and spacious. There was a good view of the river below.

We really enjoyed our stay, kitchen was well equipped. We grilled steaks and veggie kabobs on the gas grill and it worked great. It’s close to every thing in town, it is a hour from Yellowstone so plan accordingly for that. The only problem we had was the dryer didn’t dry very well. My husband said maybe the vent needs cleaned. (You don’t want a fire!)

Good, but some of the pots, etc. were not very clean. One bowl has what looked like pancake batter all over the outside. We felt compelled to wash everything before we used the item(s). Otherwise, we were happy with the property, we'd stay here again if we return to Cody.

Absolutely fabulous. The location is perfect. The property is wonderful and the view could not be better. We have been to Cody many times and we will come back and stay here again.

Not as many things in the kitchen as we are used to, but do able. The internet said I was connected but was so slow I couldn’t do anything. My husband has a hot spot on his phone so we just used it. The place itself was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We spent most of our time out and about, so it work well for us.

we flew out from South Carolina. been 11 years since our last visit to wyo. was nice and quiet. we love the layout and décor. i did not realize. it was part of another home, till i got the instruction email. which was not a big deal. it has its own entrance and there no access the main house. was a little uncomfortable with the deck and back yard being attached. the homeowners could walk by the bedroom windows at anytime. i ended up moving the little grill from the side walkway of the deck to the back. made it a little tight, but i didnt want the homeowners to have to watch me, if the wanted to enjoy the view or sit and enjoy the main deck. that and i didnt want to be watched. the home owners gave us plenty of space and we did the same for them. we never saw or heard them, and we tried to be unseen and heard as well. (we didnt go to be loud. we went to chill out). there is a tree growing up and is starting to block the view. but still a great view. mule deer would walk the river bank in the morning. so we got to see wildlife from the deck. we do plan on making, a annual trip to Wyoming again, now that our kids are grown. like we did years ago, before the kids got expensive. we are planning the next trip right now. we might rent a different location just for a different view. but we have no problem renting rivers view again when we visit Cody. we are talking about camping the wind river canyon next year. still early and plans may change and we may end back up in Cody.

This place is with in walking distance of about everything in Cody. My two sons love fishing and had a great time fishing along the river. We took a family hike along the river trail. Most of downtown Cody is a short walk. We went to the Shoot out, Musical, shopping and Historic firearm museum and walked to them all. Parking is nice off street and secure. Quiet little neighborhood we walked in at dark with no worries. For a family stay or 2-3 adults this is perfect. Very nice place for a summer vacation.

My husband, my self and our two teenagers stayed for 3 days. Was the perfect place to relax and be close to everything. Definite plus with gorgeous view of the River, washer and dryer and the full amenities. A must do if you and the family are staying in Cody!!!

This house was perfect . Location was very near downtown Cody, which puts you close to everything but out of earshot of any noise. The house was extremely clean & had all the needed amenities. The bed was super comfortable. The back porch faced the river & gave excellent

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Yellowstone and the area. We loved how it was within walking distance to town for a bite to eat or to do some shopping. We took in a Rodeo which was fun. Lots to see and do in Cody and this is the perfect location to stay while doing so. The back porch is small but has a nice view of the river. We sat there while having our coffee each a.m. and watched wildlife along the river.

Property worked out great. Location was perfect ... when I booked though, I never dreamed it would be over 100 degrees in Cody. The property has a portable AC unit, however, it does not do well once the temps get above 90 degrees or so. It can only handle one room at a time and again, if above 90 degrees it struggles a bit.
