Everything as mentioned in description of the property. Nice view, great location, love the pool and the amenities area. Nothing negative about the place only at the beginning an small inconvenience with the contact and check in but order than that everything was excellent. We enjoyed and loved it.

El lugar es hermoso ! pero tienen muchas reglas que no están en el anuncio en línea! música es prohibida a todas horas! la piscina tiene muchas restricciones,alcohol no permitido en la propiedad ,un solo vehículo por apartamento solo es permitido !no comunicación con la persona encargada de la propiedad entre otras cosas …!

The owner of this unit was amazing. She confirmed well in advance of our arrival and responded all my questions in relation to our rental. Once we arrived, we were amazed by the unit which looked SPECTACULAR way better than the pictures. Thank you for making our family getaway and truly amazing one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will return again.

My family had a great time in this spacious and convenient two floor apartment. The two pools were gorgeous, the kitchen big enough for an entire family to cook in, and the location to the beach and the town made getting around a breeze. Appreciated the gracious and efficient communication with the owner and most of all loved our little terrace facing the pool with comfy daybed. Gracias!

Spacious & convenient
My family had a great time in this spacious and convenient two floor apartment. The two pools were gorgeous, the kitchen big enough for an entire family to cook in, and the location to the beach and the town made getting around a breeze. Appreciated the gracious and efficient communication with the owner and most of all loved our little terrace facing the pool with comfy daybed. Gracias!

Schöner als auf den Bildern
Wir hatten mit zwei Familien einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet ; die Pool- & Gartenanlage ist wunderschön gestaltet. Mit Auto konnten wir alle umliegenden Traumstrände schnell und gut erreichen. Rundum ein tolles Apartment und definitv zu empfehlen :-)

Great stay!!
Property was really nice and modernly updated. Its about 5 minutes from the main street where all the beaches and restaurants are located. Very clean, very spacious, and beautiful maintained. Would consider coming back in the near future.

We were a family of 8 people (5 adults and 3 children), we stayed 11 nights, and we were satisfied with our stay. Perfect reservation process, Johann was quick to answer our questions / requests. The apartment is as shown in photos, so beautiful, very spacious, very well decorated, and equipped; the kitchen and living room quite spacious, comfortable rooms. The residential is well located, 5 minutes by car from the beach, and it has a bit strict rules. The wifi worked very well. In the beach area there are many restaurants and bars to enjoy. Public access beaches where you can go during the day. Some things that I think can be improved is to have more kitchen dishes to store meals (like Tupperware type), they are quite useful for long family stays.
Excellent detail from Johann placing hand and bath soaps, toilet paper, water, coffee and sugar when checking in at the apartment.
We highly recommend it for those who want to spend a few days on vacation in Las Terrenas.

Beautiful property and condo!
Very comfortable for our family of 5 adults and 3 children. Felt spacious and very clean and comfortable. All accessories for the kitchen available and well equipped. Comfortable bedding and pillows. The pool space is amazing and perfect for kids. The only issue we had was with the internet had to access the public one and someone had to come out to check it. Never turned tv on however had no signal either. Otherwise than that a lovely time!
