About this house rental
This tranquil holiday home, with views of the ocean through the trees is a short walk from a beautiful beach, and close to wineries, surf, fishing, great restaurants and galleries, and the spectacular scenery of south west Western Australia. The house has four bedrooms, one with a king bed, two with queen beds, and one with four bunks. The house is on three levels, with the living area on the second floor with beautiful views of the sea through the trees.It also has two queen bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom is on the third floor and is a private retreat with spectacular views.The house has all the amenities you will need for a relaxing holiday, including a television, barbecue, pot belly stove and air conditioning in the main living area. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT RENT TO LEAVERS Minimum 2 night stay NO PARTIES. No more than 8 people to be on the premises at any one time. No noise after 10 pm. Note: Tenants are required to bring their own linen and towels. Blankets, doonas and pillows supplied. Absolutely NO PETS, property not suitable for pets. If you require to hire linen please let us know and we can refer you to the appropriate company.

The home was tucked away in surrounding bushland with glimpses of the ocean from the deck. Well maintained older home. Driving in and out needs care but we loved the low key ambience and no fuss approach.

We enjoyed the well equipped house with the fantastic view. A very chilled vibe which is what we were looking for. I would highly recommend this house for a family get away.

Thank you for having us. We had a beautiful family weekend away. Lots of space, epic views. I didn’t realise we needed to bring all linen when I booked but luckily it was reminded in the info sent out the week prior.

Beautiful property, great views, well-equipped except bring all linen, adults wont enjoy the room with single beds so keep that in mind when planning your stay but fine for kids!

We loved our stay! The photos don’t do it justice. Stunning house, beautiful location, heaps of space, amazing view, well stocked kitchen, excellent couch, water pressure in shower was lovely, great communication with Prue. We had a great time & 10/10 would come back. Just a side note, no teatowels provided, so BYO!

Beautiful home overlooking the ocean
Ive stayed here twice now. The owner is very communicative and helpful. The home is a beautiful timber home with wide surround balconies and large living room. It can sleep up to 11. It's well-appointed with mod-cons you'd expect in a home including entertainment, aircon, gas BBQ, internet.
Its a short walk to Eagle Bay beach and easy drives to Bunker Bay or Dunsborough. The house itself has bush surroundings and lies in a quiet street.

Relax by the bay
Although a short stay it was so relaxing to sit amongst the trees with with the bird life hopping around and singing whilst enjoying a magical view of the bay, love to stay again maybe whilst the whales are migrating 😎

Beautiful place to stay!
This is a beautiful house in a very good location if you want to be close to the ocean. The house is beautiful with lots of space. Nothing to fault. Only thing to know is that you need to bring your own bed sheets and towels bath mats etc.

Can see sunrise in WA, normally you only see sunsets!!
Great wood and glass house. nice size balcony, beautiful rooms, short walk to beach, great area, well stocked kitchen. Prue was always available for discussion. Wifi was an issue but guess people should come on holiday to get away from tech!
Would book again.

Beautiful and relaxing the perfect place to just kick back with a gnt and anti pasto with a crackling fire. Absolute heaven.

Fabulous place with all you need. Right on edge of national park and close to beach. Loved our stay.

Great property
We really enjoyed the "feeling" of this property, lots of windows provided great views and close to the beach. Although older than many in the area its appeal is in it's relationship to nature, wood, glass and stone finishes. Close to wineries and the brewery,too.
