Super clean and fantastic location! We found it much easier to walk down to Potpes beach with two small kids rather than leaving the old city. It was perfect. You really don’t need a car once you arrive. And oh so calm and clean in the villa. Felt like you were visiting the house of someone you know ! Kids loved catching fish with nets at the beaches walking distance from the villa. And all the best restaurants are walking distance from the villa.

What a wonderful little place! The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, and all the staff members just makes you feel welcome at their place. The common area with free coffee, tea, soup, cookies is a really nice touch and makes you feel at home. It’s right in the centre of the old town so you’re no more than 10 minutes’ walk from most things of interest.

konum olarak merkezdeydi, kendi aracımız ile gittik otele çok yakın bir yerde park yeri bulduk ama sezon sonu için yer bulabildik, normalde otele 30mt mesafede bir alan var oraya geçici olarak parkedip otele yerleştikten sonra eski şehir girişinde otele ait alana aracınızı parkedebilirsiniz. odamız harikaydı, malzeme kalitesi çok iyiydi, yerden ısıtma vardı, ev sahibi hanımefendi çok kibar ve yardım severdi, tek kelimeyle mükemmel bir konaklama yaşadık. yine gelsem konaklama için tekrar burayı seçerim. beyaz eşyalar beko o yüzden bizler için kullanımı kolay. mutfak malzemeleri yeterli. ayrıca odalara 2 ayrı giriş kapısı olması da harika bir özellik.

The service from all staff was fantastic, Bane was incredibly responsive via whatsapp when we had a few questions even though he was away himself. Extremely friendly and wonderful people. As for the hotel, new and modern, very clean and great location in the old Town, just outside the hustle bustle of Ohrid. Would highly recommend this place

The location was perfectly situated in the old town. Close to sights,restaurant, cafes and the lake. Beautifully well kept property with a spacious clean kitchen, seating and outdoor courtyard for guests to use. Everyone here is friendly and extremely helpful. I had a great stay and would happy rebook in the future.

Literally the cleanest place I’ve stayed and they were so kind - took one look at these aged Americans and drove us up the hill to our car when it was time to go

What a beautiful place!! Very clean and comfy and has everything you need! I loved, that the fridge is a part of the closet, so its not so obvious and tacky. The whole place is so nice and unique. Lots of things to look at, a mix of traditional stuff and new interior. The big kitchen is fantastic and there are even tables and chairs to just sit and chill. The coffee machine is a dream!! Being able to drink a Latte in the morning and a hot chocolate in the evening in your room is just great! Its the little things :D Everyone was super nice and helpful! Just a beautiful place! And only 5 min from the boardwalk at the water. Highly recommended :)

Excellent location at the old town. Small beaches are just nearby as well as many restaurants.

Perfect location in old town in a quite back street but still very central. Two good restaurants around the corner which we ate at every day.

We liked everything, from location, staff, rooms, terrasse. Space is very nice, clean, ready for guests to just enjoy and relax. In Villa Varosh you really feel like you are a valued guest.

renovated room in an nicely renovated old building. Great amenities including a small communal kitchen with a coffee machine with different types of coffees and tea and soup sachets, all included. Also wine for sale. Nice dining room with a terrace. Our room had also a nice patio with table and chairs. We would be normally out and around but we had a stormy day and got to use all these very comfortable features. The owners where often around, making sure that we where comfortable and had all we need.

The property is beautiful and the perfect location for enjoying the old town area of Ohrid. This is my second year to visit for a few days of reading and long walks. The rooms feel fresh and well thought out. The room I stayed included an outdoor patio perfect for a cup of morning tea with a journal and a book. The restaurant recommendations were delicious.

Everything was perfect, I can highly recommend this place if you stay in Ohrid. And for sure, if again in Ohrid I stay there

Beautiful apartment, very clean, great facilities, friendly hosts. Beautiful view to Lake Ohrid and very central and quiet area at the same time. We loved the kitchen with free hot chocolate/coffee, water, fruits and soup! Greatly recommended, and we would love to return!

The only thing we can think of is that it's not very sound proof so you can hear the other guests.

Top class Hotel. The host was absolutely welcoming, superlative interiors, 5* feeling. Great location.
