Location was great, very close to beach with loungers and umbrellas available for free for hotel guests (although these are quickly occupied so you need to head down early). Dinner is included in the price and was tasty (pasta dishes were always very well cooked and dessert was great) although it may be difficult to continue eating there everyday for longer trips. It is walkable to several other bars and restaurants. Personal highlight was Veranda bar, which is 5 mins walk, for a bit of music and more similar to an Ibiza style beach bar with swimming pool. Great view of the sea from the beach.

For context we stayed in the last week of April so it may be considered "pre-season". However, there was lots of construction/renovation ongoing throughout our stay, and only about half of the hotel facilities seemed open, which was disappointing. In my opinion, if the hotel is open for guests, it's reasonable for guests to expect the whole hotel to be open/available. For instance, the lounge bar was closed, the rooftop bar/restaurant was closed etc. and none of this was made clear to us prior to booking, or even when we were checking in. My main cause for frustration was that the hotel was clearly understaffed, meaning it was very difficult to get any service. We were not offered a single drink whilst sitting on the loungers, and were unable to get anybody's attention, as they were never there! We overheard guests complaining they had waited over 45 mins for their first drink and this was a regular theme. Any food being brought out from the restaurant was such a long walk for the waiter that it was painfully slow, and they didn't use any trays so they could only bring what they could hold in two hands. At dinner, the one waiter serving, disappered for around 30 mins so we had a huge wait between mains and dessert, just sitting there with our empty plate and empty glasses in front of us. Staff were very friendly and clearly doing their best, but there wasn't enough of them, and they would sometimes be cleaning or chatting instead of looking after guests?! Overall, this could either be the start of the season and they'll hit their stride and be a well oil machine by peak season (June/July), or if this is a sign of what's to come, service will be even slower/less attentive when the hotel increases it's occupancy. From other reviews, slow service seems to be a bit of an issue! We enjoyed our stay, but there is certainly room for improvement.

Love place to stay, at the beach and Tana was an amazing host. She was so friendly and arranged everything you needed.

Amazing staff; Tana in particular was so welcoming and helpful. Easy to organise everything- nothing too much. Location perfect, beach and especially VIP area were great. Evening food good value included in price, discount to upgrade to the beach restaurant at night too which is great. Beach bar also great (but loud, so bring earplugs if needed)

Breakfast needed more savoury options. The swimming pool area needs a bit of TLC (even though pool itself was pleasant and clean) Small thing but- more hooks in the bathroom needed

The beach in this part of Ksamil is amazing. The restaurant has plenty of options, the sea food was fresh everyday. The beach installations were really good. The staff is very friendly.
