NO CLEANING FEE! Great space in a great neighborhood. Located in the Lake Morton Historic District, and close to just about everything. The cottage is a studio (so the only privacy is in the bathroom), located directly behind our home, with a kitchenette and a nice size bathroom and shower. There is a traditional queen bed. There is a large, private patio behind the cottage. We live in the main home, and the cottage is a completely separate structure. While there are some common areas outside, we will afford you as much privacy as you desire. Florida Southern College is two blocks away, and there are quite a few places to eat and drink within a short distance. Detroit Tigers Spring Training is 10 minutes away and Sun N Fun is around 20 minutes from this location.
