Situated in Kimberling City, this attractive cabin for $673 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to the beautiful Bear Lake Lodge. It is located directly on Table Rock Lake and within 100ft of the shoreline! BOOKING RULES: These booking rules are required even though this site may allow you to book otherwise PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend through Labor Day): Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Saturday. SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING: Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out). OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS: Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April. NO 1 NIGHT STAYS (Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.) The Bear Lake Lodge is one of the BEST locations available in Kimberling City and within walking distance to restaurants and a major grocery store! Better yet, it is only 1/2 mile from the best Marina on Table Rock Lake (What's up Dock) where you can rent Ski Boats, Pontoon boats, Bass boats, and boat slips. If a trip to Silver Dollar City is in your plans, it's only a 15-minute drive, and in another 5 minutes, you can enjoy over 100 live entertainment shows and hundreds of restaurants in Branson. The home includes a FREE boat slip - only a few minutes walk! FREE PRIVATE AMENITIES: - Hot Tub - Boat Slip (down the road) - Pool Table - Weber Grill - Outdoor Dining Table - Loungers - Free Wifi - Laundry in Unit - Outdoor Firepit w/seating As soon as you enter the Bear Lake Lodge, you will notice a very rustic and cozy place to stay with lots of character. It offers expansive views of Table Rock Lake and a 100ft gentle walk to the Lakeshore. The Bear Lake Lodge is decorated with rustic décor and log furnishings. The upstairs living area has a gorgeous full-mount black bear on the wall, a comfortable couch, a love seat, and an oversized chair with a 60" lfat panel TV. The spacious gourmet kitchen has a very rustic feel with stainless steel appliances. The floor-to-ceiling massive natural stone fireplace (electric) with a beautiful 5x5 Elk head mount is the centerpiece of this amazing home. Inside you will also find tongue and groove wood ceilings, solid wood beams, wood plank floors, hand-cut half log stairs and log railings, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows to capture the amazing views of Table Rock Lake. The downstairs living area has a full-size pool table, a full-size futon, two comfortable recliners, a 42" Flat-panel TV and offers great views of the lake. *Please note: The driveway coming down is steep. The jets do not work in bathtubs. The master bedroom has a custom hand-cut Aspen wood king-size bed with matching furniture and a 32" flat panel TV. The other guest room has a unique Cactus Wood queen size bed with matching furniture. Lastly, the bunk room is furnished with a full over queen custom log bunk and a twin over twin bunk. When you come back from an exciting day on Table Rock Lake, Branson, or Silver Dollar City, you definitely want to soothe your muscles in our top-of-the-line Hot tub located on the paver stone patio. You can also just relax in the provided lounge chairs, patio chairs, or swinging rope hammock. In the evening, chill out by the Fire pit with four custom log benches and FREE firewood. Build yourself a fire to enjoy tasty s'mores and share some fantastic campfire stories with the family. And best yet, take our FREE canoe on the lake for a leisurely scenic view. Don't forget to bring the free fishing poles provided and try to catch a record bigmouth bass for dinner! The Bear Lake Lodge will create everlasting family memories on Table Rock Lake that will last a lifetime. WE DECORATE FOR CHRISTMAS between Nov 7-Jan 10th including a lighted Christmas tree and decorations! *A few things to note - Lake levels fluctuate year to year due to rainfall amounts. Pictures may not reflect current lake levels. The boat dock shown in the photos is not part of the home. The boat dock included is a few minute's walk or a quick drive. The driveway coming down to the home is steep. The jets do not work in bathtubs. We do have security cameras on the property to protect our integrity. *MUST be at least 25 years old to make a reservation. *Check-In 5pm, Check-out 10am strictly enforced. *No smoking, vaping, or parties permitted at this property. Any pets (small, non-shedding, off-season), events or weddings must be approved by the owner prior to booking and will include an event or pet fee.

Overall, we enjoyed the property but the patio was missing the umbrella and the chaise lounge chairs had mold on them making them unusable. The inside was very nice and the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, pots/pans, etc. We got prompt service when we alerted the manager that the hot tub needed cleaning and it was taken care of within a few hours. That was much appreciated.

We stayed at the Bear Lodge for a short trip and really enjoyed the property. It was centrally located and only 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City and 30 minutes from downtown.

The house is beautiful, location is great. The only thing is you can't easily get to the dock that can be used for the property without driving to it by b car or boat. When messaging the owner I was told its an easy walk on shoreline...but its washed out and id have to swim ...We rented a pontoon from whats up dock, but all 10 of us had to drive to the marina to get on boat. Not a huge deal, but booked this property so we could keep boat at nearby boat slip and get on and off easily. The hot tub is great, but lights do not work. The beds are comfty and the kitchen has all the utensils and cooking items you need property is near a lot of great thing.We at at pier 28 nearny and also visited the funky twig for coffee and ice cream and the talking rocks cavern. We had a great time.

Older, but nice property. Outside patio area was shaded too much, and we could not stay out there due to a lot of ticks. Grill worked great, hot tub worked great. Location is nice, but a private dock sits directly in front of the property with no trespassing signs. Property location is great. There were some dead bugs inside the home, appeared it was not vacuumed before we arrived. Kitchen was nice, and appliances worked great. Maintenance person Corey was prompt with our requests. Master bathtub area could use some more lighting. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We traveled with some friends and their baby boy. We had a great time. Loved the pool table, enjoyed the views, the bonfire and free firewood was a huge plus!

The online listing makes this place look super nice. It is need of a lot of maintenance. The walls on the outside are rotting. Not that it affected our stay. One of the huge windows in the pool area was being held up by black duct tape. The pool sticks need replaced in a bad way and the balls were missing while chunks out of them. The place also had an bad smell to it. Really musty.. and there was also a camera that pointed directly at the hot tub!!! How ridiculous. The location was terrible also. Right next to a busy highway and the drive way was very hard to turn in. I can say that they have a very good cleaning lady and the beds were very comfortable.

My wife and i stayed there for a few days to celebrate my birthday. It was a very spacious place. Kitchen was nice and big with all the items we needed to cook. Hot tub was nice and clean. Yard was huge with a fire pit. Just a short and easy 20 min drive to the Branson strip. This place is pretty big. When we go back in the summer with the family, we will definitely see if this place ia available. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our daughter is allergic, so I had to grab the mat bees swarming and drag it 12 feet away from the front door. We also encountered ants in both bathrooms. They did come and try to fix the ant problem, with no luck. Also the drive way is a little tricky to get into. We would pass next time

House has beautiful windows and great access to the water. The kitchen had everything you need. Property was great for our group of 9. The nearby dock slip was an essential part of this trip for our family and made going out on the lake easy. My only complaint is there were ants that got worse after it rained. Maintenance promptly brought ant spray when notified. It helped some, but continued to be a battle and likely needs an exterminator inside and out. One of the shower faucets also did not work properly.

We requested to stay an additional night via the VRBO app with the property owner/manager. At the time, the night requested was still available. 3 days and several messages later, we never got a reply back. By the time I was able to get ahold of someone the night requested had already been booked by someone else. The WiFi password provided for the property, on both email and book inside, was incorrect. I work remotely and have 3 young kids so that was an obvious issue. Also, the thermostat wouldn’t work without WiFi connection. Messaged the manager several times but couldn’t get ahold of him. Called the only other number provided and she informed me that she only handled the booking process. The toilet in the guest bedroom barely flushed. The handle/lock on the back door fell off just about every time you went to open the door. I’ll never book another property with Faria Resorts. Absolutely horrible management.

Finally the property manager called back, and believe it or not, his response was, "Well, it's a holiday weekend." Seriously?!?! That's the response for a broken toilet and no heat?!?! Our other issues were, there is not a TV in every room, as advertised. We had to move one from downstairs to a bedroom. Check-in was actually 5pm. It's advertised as 4pm. You have to enter one bedroom to get to the next bedroom, which is awkward when vacationing with non-family. On the positive side, the house is beautiful. Just needs new management (Corey is terrible) and needs to advertise accurate info.
