Beautifully decorated and well-kept studio with spacious kitchen and bathroom. Private entrance. Great amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the house. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Location is an easy 15-20 min walk to the main strip of Coeur d'Alene, but there are plenty of cute wine bars, coffee shops, and restaurants within just a 5 min walk. We will definitely stay here again!!

Very nice. A perfect size for one to two people. I could have stayed here for a much longer period of time if needed. The only knock, which is more due to my unfamiliarity with the area is that it’s a little hard to find, especially at night. I suggest maybe a larger sign that can be lit at night.. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

It was darling space w/ some issues… the main one being the locking system. Never really did get it; it was awkward. Spent lots of time trying to figure out the lock/unlock key. It was not as expected close to downtown. Had to drive; not walkable for people w/mobility issues. Couple days several piles of dog poop left in shared outdoor space. I would have given it 5 stars for cleanliness if not for dog excrement/ very comfortable bed/ pleasantly surprised when owner bought tea kettle at my inquiry of whether unit provided one. Appliances all new/modern. Beautiful plants and grassy space outdoors. The longer I stayed the more comfortable it was.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at KJ’s studio apartment! The space was clean and organized, with a well-equipped kitchen perfect for our cooking needs. It’s close enough to drive downtown, but still in a quieter, secluded neighborhood. Overall, would recommend staying at this Coeur d’Alene gem!

Definitely would reccomend. Bathroom door doesn't quite give the privacy that I would have liked, but overall great stay.

The property was located in a very convenient location. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very accommodating and offered many dining and hiking suggestions. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

perfect stay for 2, for a short getaway. The space was clean and charming. easy for parking space and getting in and out of. cute neighborhood. not walking distance really to town but a short drive. Only a couple of things I would change. The door to the bathroom has a gap so it would be nice to have a little more privacy. The lock on the french doors from the outside was difficult so we just used the other door to leave from. Maybe a bigger full length mirror would be nice but other than that it was very cute and cozy.

This adorable studio was much better in person than online. Updated and spotless, it did not disappoint. Highly recommend it!

The studio is a new, clean and very comfortable place to stay. Perfect for two guests! The neighborhood is nice, quiet and very close to restaurants and Lake Coeur d’Alene.

Communication with KJ and access to the property was a breeze. The space was clean and perfect for our 1 night stop in Coeur d’Alene. After arriving we walked through the neighborhood to the Moon Time cafe. Our meal was enjoyable and we felt perfectly comfortable navigating back to the studio after dark. Felt like we were staying at a friends private guest house. :)

This studio was super cute and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. We took a quick walk into the main part of town for a lovely dinner at the Crown & Thistle and a night cap close by at the Wine House. Fabulous place and location!

We flew in for a wedding and needed one night in Coeur d’ Alene. The unit has its own parking space and entrance through the back gate. Communication with KJ was excellent. The location is close to downtown (we had a car). The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit but it does have a full kitchen, smart TV, A/C and access to W/D in the garage. The only improvement would be a firmer mattress. The queen bed was a bit soft for our backs. The neighborhood is safe and super cute.

This was a perfect getaway for the start of our road trip to celebrate our honeymoon. It was everything we needed and a fantastic location, close to everything that helped make this a lasting memory. It was private, cozy, and had all the right amenities. Definitely would recommend!
