Great view and a quiet location. Beds were also super comfortable and there was plenty of cooking utensils. Good clean bathrooms...

The pool was full of leaves, and not clean + there are lots of trees around it so it gets very little sun. The controls for the TV were tricky and frustrating to use. One of the bedrooms didn't have a fan. Would have been helpful to access to the garage for parking....

The view of the ocean and river and the sunsets were stunning and the location is fantastic as long as you are mobile and enjoy walking or you would need a car, as it's hilly, which we enjoyed. Very close to the beach, national park and Hastings St. It was quiet. Appreciated the late checkout.

Cleanliness was average to poor. Decor and furniture is dated and worn in many places. The cushions could use a good clean. The kitchen is functional, but old and at a minimum new benchtops, appliances and crockery etc. would be a good addition. We were asked to clean the BBQ after use and there were no cleaning materials. The outdoor awning kept retracting and it was not because of wind. This was extremely annoying. I called Aspire property on the first day and was told they would contact the owners and arrange for someone to attend to it. No one attended to this in a week and nor did we hear back. I also asked whether the pool could be cleaned of leaves. Considering that this is meant to be a luxury rental, I would expect a much higher standard.

The unit was comfortable and the pool was great.

The pool, no where to lie and relax by it
