I didn't like Ac is not work only warm when I ask for Ac cold they said open the windwo. To much nosey from cars

Room was quite spacious

Room is spacious and nicely decorated. Not far from the city.

There was an odor in the room. I hear the elevator ding every time it gets on the floor.

Very friendly staff, very good room service. Easy to get to . Right on the main road. And it's quiet inside. Breakfast was good

The staff were wonderful, very helpful and nice. Check in was simple, housekeeping staff were lovely. The room size was perfect and very spacious and the bathroom was very good although this can be variable. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

A hook in the bathroom to hang clothes would be be useful.

Everything was great and im so thankful 😊 staff is so cute. Thank you for this cool days 🙂

If i could give less than one star i will do as this hotel was the worst for me & my friends.. First of all we all paid for early check in but unfortunately when we arrived early morning the Receptionist Penialopa was very rude not smiling and talked to our driver and mentioned the word '' Arab" So she is racist, second thing she refused to give us our rooms for early check in and mentioned that no room available but at the end many rooms were available, third thik she cannot talk English even basic English how can you put someone in front desk who doesn't know how to communicate with guest and assist them - To be honest she ruined our mood and gave a bad impression as were just arrived from Dubai to Tbilisi.. We stayed Almost 2 hours of waiting in lobby tired and chocked by her behaviors she finally decide to give us rooms which are not complying with our booking no view and the smell was disgusting. When i claimed and asked to change the room she said i can't help wait for manager at 10 am she even did not suggest any assistance - you can imagine a guest arrived from airport around 5 am morning and he has ti wait until 10 am to solve his issue. We wait until a sweet lady named Crisitna who did her best to help us and was very sorry for what happened before.. Then we noticed that many alternative rooms were available by Pinelopia refused to give us and said nothing available :).. The rooms are nothing to do with Booking pictures nor the view.. Facilities are poor.. Breakfast was not bad but poor.. But the lady Darya & her colleague Leo were amazing, smiling and helpful.. in conclusion, i don't recommend this hotel to anyone.. الفندق سيئ جدا معامله سيئه و عنصريه لا انصح به احدا هده نصيحهة لكي لا تنصدمو بالواقع لان الغرف و الخدمه متدنية و فيهم عنصريه للعرب.

The heater was working well. Kristina at the reception was very helpful and professional. Leo and Darya (restaurant staff) were wonderful and catered to my needs.

The hotel room looks nothing like the pictures shared on the app. I have requested an early check-in (which I will pay for) and have informed the hotel with my arriving time prior to my arrival, they confirmed receiving my request and providing the booked room at the requested timing, however, upon my arrival, i was told that no room is available at that time and that I should wait until 2p.m to do the normal check-in time as the hotel was "fully booked" by our arrival time (6 a.m). Penialopa (the lady working at the reception) have clearly stated that she is unable to help with this situation and started talking georgian with another person which is an incomprehensible language for my friends and I since we don't speak georgian with her mentioning the word "Arabs" several times. We had to wait at the reception for almost 2 hours (since the same situation happened to my friends) with her telling us to wait... to suddenly provide us with the pre-booked rooms (previously mentioned as unavailable). The view has nothing to do with a city view as it is overlooking a petrol station. It was a total disappointment with a lot of disrespect, mediocre customer service and poor amenities.

So comfortable hotel! Friendly staff! Good prise! My recommendation! Thanks!

Excellent hotel. Good food and clean room with affordable price. Reikartz Horizont Tbilisi provides u great hospitality. The staff is very helpful. The property is very good especially nice and modern decorated Lobby. The location of the hotel is near to the Georgian old city Mtskheta I really enjoy staying in this hotel and highly recommend to everyone
