The villa, which is 220sq ,meters, is located in one of the most enchanting areas on the island of Kea overlooking the Monastery of Kastriani and offering a fantastic panoramic sea view. The villa has been built with love and care, great attention was given to each detail of the design internally and externally. The garden is very large and well cared for with green lawns, many trees, plants and flowers, which is unusually for a Cycladic island, as they are normally quite dry islands. Various outdoor spaces have been created in the garden for breakfast, lunch, dinner, barbecue and relaxation. In the garden is a guest house with a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms and the living room have balcony doors leading to the garden. The villa will be de-sanitized, before guests arrive and after their departure. The beautiful Monastery of Kastriani is 5 minutes from the house.
