This floor has your living room, dining area, kitchen, and a bedroom with a Queen bed and full bath. The third floor or top level has a bedroom with a king bed and private deck, a bedroom with a pyramid bed (single over a double) and single bed, and a full bath in the hall. Pets will be considered by Owner with prior approval for an additional $250 fee per pet, per week (small dogs allowed). Weekend Rentals available off Season will have a $200 cleaning fee. Call for availability. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
