The house was perfect for 8 adults. 3 couples and 2 singles. The hot tub and pool was ready and warm. The house was clean. We would definitely stay there again and hope to book it again next year. Great place.

The house is awesome. They rooms are very comfortable and spaced out. The nature was a huge plus. Lots of egals and birds to watch over the pond in the back yard. If i could add 1 thing it would be directions on how to use the thermostat in the house. It was in the 50st most of the time so it was very cold at night. I would definitely stay again.

Visited 3 Disney parks and spent one day at the pool. Went to Mt. Dora for dinner one night. The town was very beautiful with all the Christmas lights. Had a great time. House was perfect size for us. Thanks

This property is perfect for a family holiday and golf trip. Very well stocked and the location although in a village is very private and beautiful. The spa and pool table were nice extras. I will book this home again.

House is perfect for family vacation. Nice area. Quite neighborhood. Pool is spectacular and so is hot tub. Only bad thing I could say is. Master bedroom shower needs a good cleaning. But I am very picky about bathrooms. Would stay here again.

The house was amazing and was exactly as portrayed on website. The location and views from the patio were perfect. All amenities were great. Unfortunately, weather was cloudy or rainy all week so we only used pool 3 days. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your vacation.

The property is a big size, well stocked with all equipment and utensils needed. Large Pool area with a great view. Perfect location. 20mins from Disney parks. 40mins from Universal. Shopping and dining within 5 mins of the villa.

We just returned from our week at the house and have nothing but positive comments to make. We had the entire house to ourselves (family consisted of parents and adult sons aged 21 and 18). There was so much space to spread out, yet not so large that we didn’t come together for fun. The kitchen has full-sized appliances and is well stocked with dishes and cookware. The three suites allowed us to be spoiled with space, but I can imagine how helpful it would be with multiple generations or multiple couples or families. We swam in the pool every day and were so thankful to have it when the heat index rose to 112 degrees during our stay! Although we were in a lovely neighborhood, which was very quiet…it was near plenty of stores and restaurants. The pond in the back gave us privacy as well as tons of birds to watch. The house was clean, comfortable and homey. We are so grateful you shared it with us and we would return again in a heartbeat!

This is a beautiful, well equipped villa in a lovely area of Florida, close enough to all the parks and shopping centres, there is a Publix and Walmart close by. The villa itself is in a lovely setting overlooking a nature reserve with plenty to see. The sun-sets are beautiful. The villa is well equipped, and although a little dated, was perfectly adequate for 8 adults. The pool is lovely and was cleaned regularly. Can thoroughly recommend and would stop there again without hesitation.

Beautiful plot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The pool is totally private and overlooks a lake: a really peaceful location. East access to main roads; around 20-45 mins (easy) drive to all the main theme parks (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld). Supermarkets are within 5 mins drive (Publix, Walmart). Property has everything you could need. Our group was a family of 4 plus 2 sets of grandparents, and the property has 4 double beds plus a twin bedroom, so plenty of space to accommodate. Correspondence with the property owner and local manager was EXCELLENT. Helpful, clear, and straight forward, and really appreciated. Overall I’d highly recommend. A real gem.

The house was perfect for our spring break vacation! We had 2 families staying, total of 4 adults and 4 kids and there was more than enough room for us all and the pool was a great size for everyone to enjoy themselves. Close enough to Disney to enjoy the parks too. Absolutely recommend!

Villa was perfect for our family. The adult kids had there own private suite with their own bathrooms, no sharing for any of the family. Lots of privacy in the pool area and the hot tub. Plenty of seating, inside and out. Very quite cul de sac and friendly neighbors. The view from the pool area out to the water was very relaxing while sitting outside enjoying the sunshine. Kitchen well furnished with just about everything we needed to prepare our meals with modern appliances. Next time with come with multiple couples, this will be our first choice. A fantastic stay.

We loved this house! It was huge with plenty of room to spread out. We were a extended family of 7 with adults ranging from 18-56. Each of the couples had their own room/bathroom and my daughter had a bathroom to herself too because we didn't even use a bedroom(those 2 rooms share a bathroom)I can't even tell you how valuable it was to be able to spread out during our week. We went to all of the Disney parks and Universal. When we got home we could shower in our own bathrooms and get out to the gorgeous pool/hot tub(well worth the extra money for heat!)and relax. The laundry room is right off the kitchen and the garage has been turned into a game room. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a larger family for sure!

Perfect place. A bit of a drive from Disney and Universal, but that's why we chose this location. The neighborhood is quiet, the pool and hot tub were great, and the home exceeded our expectations. Lots of room for our family of 7. We also enjoy the ponds that had lots of birds including Sandhill cranes, ducks, and even a wood stork. Pretty cool.

House was just as depicted on VRBO. Property was spotless. Everything that you could possibly need is at the house. Perfect for two families or an extended large group. Two master bedrooms were great, as were two living areas and two dining areas… plenty of room! Family Entertainment Area in Garage was like a big finished basement. Floor was tiled and you would never know it was a garage. They had a pool table, fuse ball table and all kinds of extra things to keep kids and adults entertained. Lanai, pool, hot tub and big outside TV were a big hit with all of us! Best of all, we paid for pool to be heated and were not disappointed! Temperature in pool was perfect! They kept it nicely warm and it was super clean. Pool area was super private and overlooked beautiful small lake and nature! Big plus, owner could not have been nicer or more helpful!We had an issue with our payment going through. She helped us to resolve this issue while extending our deadline to pay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect home away from home!

The villa was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Great seeing so much wildlife from the pool and patio area, it was very peaceful. The location was great for Disney parks plus some chill time in between! Steve was good at dealing with a few minor issues we had during our stay and repairs were arranged with us. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Lakehouse Landing.

We truly had an amazing time at this property. Everyone was spaced out enough that we never felt crowded. The pool/spa heat is more than worth the small expense!! Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and there were plenty of games/activities to keep the kids busy while we enjoyed our down time.

Beautiful property. This was my first Rental property experience an it exceeded my expectations. The house had everything we needed and all on one floor which is important to me with my limited mobility. I felt safe during the hurricane and we didn't even lose power! The owners were very accommodating as were the Property Management personnel.

We had a great trip and very much enjoyed the house during our vacation. The pool was a very popular item during our stay and was used daily. Working with the owners was easy. The twin beds had sand in the sheets when we arrived but I was able to wash all the bedding on day 1 and had no issues after that. Great vacation!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Florida and escaping from the volleyball tournament to our VRBO was a bonus! The property manager was very responsive and friendly. The house was everything it is represented to be on VRBO and we even saw one the neighborhood gators! 😊
