Apartment is in a decent location with a supermarket, pharmacy, several fast food joints and some restaurants within easy walking distance. It's a large, comfortable property with a functional kitchen and laundry room which is very useful if you like to be independent and more self sufficient. The owners/property managers respond quickly via WhatsApp to any questions. As with most blocks and hotels in Panama City there are good facilities here, including a gym, pool and communal areas which also have WiFi.

The window in the 2nd bedroom did not close properly, but luckily it was warm weather with little rain when we stayed. Maybe this could be a simple fix, perhaps just stuck but we didn't want to attempt to fix an 8th floor aluminium framed sliding window ourselves. The AC in the same room looks very old, wasn't getting cold and had no remote (but the others did). Bedroom 1 the windows seemed to be stuck closed but again, didn't want to be trying to force 8th floor widows! I hate to be negative, especially as the property wasn't bad at all, but the cleanliness was not good enough. We went to the store for cleaning supplies after having a look around. The floors were all clean, but the showers were pretty grubby so gave them a good bleaching before use. The kitchen was grubby, the extractor fan, oddly, has had its buttons removed, therefore the area around it is building up layers of grease. This is a simple fix for the owners but rather important. Decore, simple though it is, is now tired with peeling paint and marks everywhere. A lick of paint would go a long way. We were told there was a hair dryer at the property, and as such didn't pack one, however, there was not. The hot tub in the pool area shown in photos has been removed.
